Subject: Request for Admission Term Movement or Extension
Good Afternoon Sir/Ma’am,

• I immediately called the admissions office to confirm whether or not I needed to apply for Spring 2016,

Throughout high school I have dreamed of having the opportunity to attend Indiana University. I have a true passion for babies. I love to learn how babies are developed and how they become such an amazing part of the world. Therefore, I would like to apply to Indiana University and pursue a degree in Pediatric Nursing. I would love to be able to deliver babies and deliver new life into this earth. There are several opportunities available for me to get involved with new leadership opportunities. I want to be able to be a leader for all age groups.
Mine name is Erica Carter we have messaged a few times about the Vet Tech program. I just had a question that I was hoping you could answer. I’m set to take the ACT next Saturday, on February the 11th. I obviously hope I get a 20 on it so I can apply for the program. I’ve taken the COMPASS test already. I was just wondering if I don’t make a 20 am I not eligible to apply for the program at all? I want to be honest and let you know that I’m not the best in math and that can be very hard for me because I have dyscalculia. My Husband is stationed in Delaware and I went to a school here called Delaware Technical and Community College where I was set to apply last August for the Vet Tech program but we received orders home and

An intake interview is primarily an assessment tool designed to answer critical questions that will facilitate an understanding of a client’s current presentation and problems and allow for an initial formulation to be developed (Hughes & Byrne, 2009; Sommers-Flanagan & Sommers-Flanagan, 2003). The central function of an intake interview is to gather necessary information from the client. It also serves as an opportunity to orientate the client to a potentially new situation as well as promote rapport within a collaborative relationship (Hughes & Byrne, 2009; Morrison, 2008). Dear Members of the Undergraduate Scholastic Standards Committee, I am writing this letter to ask for consideration of my decision of late withdrawal from Psychopathology (Abnormal Psychology) PSYCH 221 01 [59046]. It has become clear to me that factors beyond my control have impacted my ability to be successful in my studies in this course and I believe members of the committee should be aware of my circumstances in order to make a fair and informed decision. Being a transfer student, I was unaware of the withdrawal dates at Queens College. Never having been faced with this dilemma, I never investigated the regulations and deadline dates. Being unaware of university procedures and deadlines or modification of the record does not constitute justification for an exception to policy, but due specific circumstances, I hope you will consider my request this one time for having missed the cutoff date.
You may contact through email or cell phone, listed on top, at anytime for follow up regarding my application. Sincerely, Madison Sietsema Madison Sietsema 1612 Oak Ct. ~ Hampton, IA 50441 ~ sietsemm@uni.edu ~ (641)
My qualifications entails both military work experience as well as academic experience. I have gained numerous attributes and traits that less than 1% of the population receives by joining the military. From analytical thinking to working with NATO forces and local nationals. I’ve served honorably for 6 years, while obtaining numerous awards/certificates, 2 college degrees, and the rank of E-5 within the short amount of time. This attest to my perseverance and my work ethic.
Dear Academic Standing Committee Members, I am writing this letter in regards in my academic performance and to request an appeal of my current suspension status. During my fall semester of 2015 and and spring semester of 2016, I registered for too many course credits while working a full time job. I lacked time management and was too tenacious, refusing to seek assistance from professors, counselors, and aid that was made available to me. I very much wish to stay as a student of NVCC. Given another chance next semester of Spring 2017, I will correct my mistakes and have already developed a plan to stay academically focused for the next 4 semesters while working only as a part time position dedicating the rest of my time studying and completing class assignments in order to succeed next semester.
Dear Admissions Committee, I am writing to you in regards for my request to waive my GMAT/GRE scores from my application for the start of the May 2018 Online MBA program at the Robert H. Smith School of Business. The financial decision making skills, leadership communication, and problem solving skills that I have accumulated through my rigorous classes in my undergraduate degree in Nuclear Medicine, as well as my career path in radiology, has supported my efforts to demonstrate and surpass the same quality of analytical, quantitative and verbal skills that are presented in the GMAT/GRE. Unlike a conventional college experience, my undergraduate experience was filled with tedious nights and assiduous academic efforts. In addition to accumulating over 1,500 hours of free clinical training, I supported a full-time job as a CNA in Psychiatry.
Petition for an Exception to the Rules for Academic Dismissal To the Members of the Academic Standards Committee: I am writing to appeal my academic dismissal from Chapman Fowler School of Law. I was both surprised and upset to receive the letter informing me of my dismissal, but I am determined to take every step necessary to alter this situation and be reinstated as a law student at this establishment. By ways of this appeal, I urge you to consider my reinstatement as a IL student for the Fall 2017 Semester. I admit, I had a very difficult time last semester, and my grades suffered as a result. I am not one to make excuses, especially for my poor academic performance, but given the circumstances surrounding my current standing, the
Statement of Purpose My love for generating new knowledge and solving complex questions motivated me to pursue a career in scientific research. I spent my undergraduate education asking questions relating to neurodevelopmental and degenerative diseases and proposing ways to better understand related behaviors. The scarcity of treatments for such conditions invigorates my desire to investigate and find answers to complex questions in hopes of better understanding human neurological diseases. A degree in the complex field of neuroscience will expand upon my previous education in the fields of neuroscience, biology, and psychology and allow me to further understand the intricacies of the brain with a goal of investigating innovative ways of preventing, diagnosing, and treating disease.
Albert Einstein once said: “Wisdom is not a product of schooling, but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it”. I consider this statement to be highly true and try to live by it. My personal preference is to be accepted to Institute of Business and Government program. I am continuously trying to achieve greater knowledge in fields that interest me. I finished various [numerous, a variety of?]
Living in the rural side of the town for most of my life made me realize how impor-tant education is and the power it holds in order to bring about change. This is one of the major reasons why an admission in a prestigious university such as yours is so crucial for me; it stems from the early days of my childhood when I looked very closely at deprivation. Although my parents were financially well off, I remember my early years growing up in my village being deeply affected by family dilemmas and an exposure to abject poverty I was surrounded by. My father passed away when I was very young, and I do not mention this fact to gain sympathy; I mention it because it made me face the gale of hard circumstances head on, as I tried to stabilize in a troubled family where my mother was my only support.
I decided to apply to the University of Wisconsin Madison because it is another place I can call my home. I never actually thought about applying to the university before because I never thought about college since I was only in 7th grade. However, a wonderful women name Danielle Hadnot had come into my life and introduced a two-week residential UW-Madison Summer Program called WCATY – STEP (Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth’s summer program called STEP, meaning Summer Transitional Enrichment Program). She had introduced my 7th grade, 5th hour English class to this program. It was a pre-college program at the University of Wisconsin Madison.
