Methodology
Action research in simple terms can be explained as “learning by doing” (O 'Brien, 2001). It involves learning, identifying a problem, initiating and implementing suitable steps to resolve, observe the actions implemented and repeat the process until it yields expected result. Figure 1. Action research acts as a medium for learning along with a scope to research, above figure projects in detail model of action research. Action research in generally approached in real time scenarios which includes, a process study, or steps involved in project development or operational phase and most of the times primary objective of action research is to initiate a problem solving methodology to extract a solution for a realistic problem

Importance of Action Research Action research is used as a piece of certified circumstances, rather than in developed, trial studies, since its vital fixate is on dealing with bona fide issues. Essentially, on the other hand, according to its models, it is picked when circumstances oblige versatility, the incorporation of the people in the research, or change must happen quickly or extensively (O 'Brien, 2001).
In this present study, action research will act as a medium to project and explain the progressive stages of internship, initial phases of internship at Vision Square Inc. involves learning and exploring Microsoft Business intelligence tools, then applying the BI tools emphasis will be made on extracting and reporting data from SQL database, creating tables on the data base along with establishing relationship between entities and elements.
Intended output of this action research is to be able to generate effective administration of SQL database which will be as a part of work flow at Vision Square
Based on the preceding ontological and epistemological assumptions a researcher then makes methodological assumptions. Having decided on exactly what is to be studied the researcher then decides how the research can best be managed thus formulating a plan of action. Considerations include whether the research used should be primary or secondary. Whether one will test an existing hypothesis or whether one will construct a theory after having collated evidence. Finally one can draw conclusions as to which strategy to implement with the ultimate goal of producing the type of knowledge that is required. This then results in the type of method or methods of research to be used.
The research question is the first and foremost initial step in the research process, because it defines the expected outcomes and drives the project design. So it should be clear and concise once the research question is formulated, the next is defining the terms and concepts used in the research process. A literature review is needed to clarify issues, gives an understanding to the researcher how others have formulated similar research questions and defines concepts.
Practitioner research can be defined as a tool for bringing about change. As Dadds (2011:2) suggests:

Business internships are helping students gain real world experience while they are not actually out in the real world yet. Internships are becoming more and more popular with college students in today’s world. An internship is basically when a student in college goes to a company or business and works while they are still enrolled in school and still getting academic credit. This theory attempted to establish a balance between two major mythological traditions. Parsons was responsible for bringing out the work of Emile Durkheim, Vifredo Pareto, and Max Weber. Following the next chapter describes the research methodology. This methodology divided into five stage process followed by main objective; theoretical study, model development, design prototype, develop prototype and model evaluate. Each stage will be briefly described in the next chapter.
When I was reading the “Reflective model” I found out the connection it has with the action research. As said by Wallace (2001) the process of reflection should be formalised, as it were, and the classroom teacher should also become a researcher. But, to go to this point, which requirements does it need? We know the act of researching properly requires a set of abilities, akcnowledges, time, resources, among others issues. What Wallace (2001) suggests is that teachers might be more interested in a type of research which is more under their own control and which might also be more relevant to the classroom, i.e. what is often called “action research”.
