Working at Accenture could involve anything from programming computers, testing systems, processing reviews, helping to train users in systems, research and analysis, working on a client proposal and various other things.

Employees working at Accenture in UK are mostly satisfied with how the work system works and how the work environment is. Every year, there are approximately five employees leaving Accenture in a year.

Termination and resignation
The employment term and the employee’s employment hereunder may be terminated by Accenture at any time and for any reason; provided, however, that Accenture will be required to give the employee four months advance notice of such termination of an employee’s employment.

If the employee worked in Accenture for more than two years, they can take between four weeks and a year of unpaid leave and return to their job afterwards. At times of oversupply, Accenture also offers flex leave, a partially paid sabbatical for six to twelve months.

Accenture exit procedure
For employees who decide to leave Accenture has to go through the exit procedure. Employers have to notify the management that he or she is leaving the company. The notice period is 1 month. The employee has to talk to his or he supervisor about the resignation. There will be an interview asking the reason the employee is leaving Accenture. Once it has been acknowledge by the manager or supervisor, the employee has to go to AST.

AST is an Accenture website design for employees that is leaving Accenture. The employee that wishes to leave has to go on AST and update all the information. On the website the employee’s mailing address and primary and secondary contact number is mandatory. It may take 3-4 business days to update.
