The most difficult obstacle that Enterprise employees will come across is the language barrier. Being able to go over the rental contracts so customers of all languages be able to understand what they are signing and paying for. Just by a customer not being able to understand the contract could make them have a bad experience by making them feel very uncomfortable. Most customers can speak English internationally but most do not have the confidence to speak freely in English and would prefer to speak their own language. This can be eliminated by providing an optional Kiosk at all international airport so a customer may go over the rental contract in their own language and leisure. By going with this option, which ever car the customer chooses the Enterprise employee can provide the best customer service by retrieving the vehicle as fast as possible, making sure the vehicle is clean, and keeping a smile making the customer feel
