The program business and academic communication was split into two different parts academic and business. While in the business part we were asked to develop an imaginary business model within our new venture group. The most important duty was to form a professional business letter, and executive summary including the presentation for Dragon’s Den during our lecture, which was recorded and submitted through ‘present.me’ an online software. Sonia Bergman initiated with executive summary, while Christoffer Svensson and Philip Svenningsson wrote sales latter and financial consideration and I prepared PowerPoint presentation for the Dragons Den as well as for the Peer Review of the assignment. In a regular basis we met at university library to improvise our writing skills with the help of checklist available on PingPong.We started to write our documents in Google Docs which allowed all our team mates to work online, due to which we came up with an satisfied outcome with our own team effect . This approach made us time efficient as well as punctual in building the foundations for our assignments. We had only two or three group meetings, since there was no need of corrections as we improved ourselves in our progression period. Finally we presented the juicetruck business model to them and got a good feedback from the members of Dragons Den. We got opportunities to compare our work with other group’s design and presentation in this event and discovered our own talent which was hidden inside us. I pitched the idea which I learned here with my Entrepreneurship and planning group and they were fine with it, so I demonstrated the presentation in behalf of my group in Entrepreneurship-day to the evaluators. First you should always make yourself valuable, learn different skills that will make you useful in multiple ways. Then, you should always take risks, even if you’re failing most of the time, in every try you learn something new. Third, is finding the action, move and find what you’re looking for. Attack luck, you aren’t always lucky, but the more you look for it the more you’ll find it. One of the most important things is to conquer your fears, step out of you comfort zone. To write simply so any audience can relate to it is very useful for and entrepreneur. And last but not least, to learn persuasion in all its forms. I am a qualified solicitor and in this role I have developed my communication skills. On one occasion I was representing a mother who was a victim of domestic violence. The father wanted to see his children but the mother was not allowing it due to the domestic violence. I acknowledged her concerns regarding the contact and explained that I understood why she would not want contact to take place. I also explained to the mother the courts view in terms of contact and domestic violence cases. I highlighted the fact that if she allowed contact without going to hearing she would still retain a level of control. I suggested that contact take place at a neutral location and be supervised by a friend or family member until she was comfortable with this arrangement. The client was reluctant but highlighted that the court would want some form of contact and she would have to adhere to this. However, by reaching an agreement outside of court she is not bound by it and will be in control. The client agreed to

Communication serves various purposes, takes different forms, communication has six characteristics, and trains us how to communicate interpersonally. Communication meets people’s physical, relational, spiritual needs and fills identity needs of human needs. Communication naturally follows a certain process and there are three models or theories that describe this process. Human communication is taken to an action where the user encodes message and conveys it through a communication channel for the receiver to encode, an interaction which explains that our message are shaped by the feedback we receive from others and the context in which we are interacting, or a transaction where both people in a conversation are simultaneously senders and receivers.
Over the recent four months in Communication 1402 class, I have addressed three formal speechs and completed a number of chapters in the corresponding textbook “Communication Works”. This course of Communication aims to provide general information what public speaking is and how to address a public speaking. Recalling back the experience during the processes of completing the Speech to Imform, Speech to Persuade, and Group Presentation, I will draw a conclusion about this course and these three presentations in five aspects, comprising my previous perception of public speaking before this course; learning from the Speech to Inform; the goal and evaluation of Speech to Persuade; learning from the Group Presentation; the most important thing learned from this course.

Body language and facial expression may affect the accurateness of the message transmission directly. Learning diverse aspects of interpersonal communication has greatly aided me in better understanding of what it consists. Now the communication class is almost over I have realize how important is to have good communication skills, and how it is key to life. I have learned many things in this class for example ways to approach strangers. Another thing that I have learned how to handle conflict and how sometimes it could be good it not always bad and many others. The way I look things have change to have reach my goals. This class was has also taught me how to look in the “other” perceptive, and not being selfish by just seeing one side. All that I have learn will help me and other around me to be able to communicate better.
Effective communication of workers with other workers and their employers plays a key role in the development of a company. Various sorts of interactions take place between workers in a workplace. Some of them may seem to be included in interruptions during work. In a research dealing with these interruptions, Conaill and Frohlich (1995), their results showed that "in most cases, (64%), the recipient and the initiator received some benefit from the conversation. However in just over 40% of interruptions the recipient did not resume the work they were doing prior to the interruption." They have discussed the parameter of time space in workplace and how a person does not own it as his workspace. They occur in an unplanned manner. But, as according to the above stated statics, they do not create that much problem continuing your work as before.
