I AM Marketing Network is currently a self- sustained company that strives to become a multi governing enterprise that oversees several business entities connected. In the near future the company will have three main heads that govern the direction of the business. These three main heads consist of CEO, CFO, and Creative Chairman. The CEO function consist of an acting officer of the enterprise that makes final decisions on the directions of the company and business partnerships created after consultation with fellow cabinet members. The CFO oversees the financial affairs and acts as an administrator of account budgets and staff structure of the company. These 3 main positions functions as the managerial team of I AM Marketing Network. The business consultants ensure that business accounts are well maintained and partnerships with new companies are balanced. The mentor analyst are responsible for peer reviews, customer relations, project reviews, and store strategies. The creative producers maintain marketing planning, visual arts design, and materials needed for the marketing of I AM Marketing Network. All three of these positions are accountable to one another and answer to the cabinet members for quarterly reports of production.
The last but most effective department of I AM Marketing Network are the Intentional Leaders. The Intentional leaders are the field workers of the enterprise. These individuals are the glue and back bone of the company. They ensure the work and production are being completed timely and efficiently. The ideas and designs of these leaders help develop the plans for our clients and ensure the manifestation of the visions our clients hope to create.
