The purpose of this memo is to reflect on my progress that I have been improving from taking the technical writing class, English 235. By studying and practicing for the fundamental of the technical writing within eleven weeks, I have learn a new perspective of writing, and know how to inform others, by using a different techniques and different styles of writing. Through the technical writing class, I learned many necessary skills that can be used in the next level college class, workplace, and future career. Therefore, this reflective memo will give you my feedback from my learning, and experience from taking the English 235 class. Technical writing & Communication
English is really important language because everyone uses it to communicate with others. According to myself, I have to work really hard on English as it is my secondary language. However, in order to take English 235 class, I have to pass the English 101 class as it is a requirement. By taking the English 101 class will aid me to be able to write an essay logically and critically, also improve my writing skill for the higher class level, and for my future. After I completed the English 101 class, I learned many skills and know more how to make my paper become better. The comparative analysis report gave me was a really useful assignment that require me to use everything that I had learned from the English 235 class into a real work. For the comparative analysis assignment I organise my thought step-by-step, for instance, I first had to include a memo, letter of transmittal, audience analysis, research method, and analysis in my report. This project was really stressful, difficult to work with, and I had to spend so much time to complete the project, however, it was one of the most effectiveness report I have ever made and I was enjoy writing
