If you want to have a healthy body, you need a fit body, you should eat right, tips for a healthy and balanced physical body and have a special diet and nutrition.
Let’s begin with how people can have a fit body. All people know the importance of maintaining fitness and tidy cardiovascular exercise. Many people don’t get enough activity to stay fit and they think it is not too important for their health. Regular physical activity helps us maintain and develop our fitness. You should work with your body with daily discipline. You start an exercise routine. Exercise helps you live longer and have a healthier life. The human body needs to stay in action and movement. There are five five areas of keep your body in shape, healthy, flexible, and strong. The first area is aerobic exercise. The simple way is walking. Walking is the best exercise for your body. Don’t forget to start off slower to tone up and enhance speed slowly. The other strategy for enhancing intensity is enhance your speed explodes of time. Remember that, walking is just as good if you go fast enough. The second area is stretching. An important age trace is you level of flexibility. Yoga is the best way to keep your body flexible. Kerr (2012) states that there are 3 main types of exercise which are aerobic, strength/resistance training and flexibility exercises. Aerobic exercises will help keep the heart, lungs and muscles healthy, and when paired with a healthy diet will aid in weight loss. Appropriate resistance training will help to improve strength, posture and balance as well as causing the participant’s body to look more toned. Although health visitors play a key part in the healthcare of families and children they also work closely with other health professionals in order to help families achieve optimum health. In conclusion, having a healthy lifestyle helps reduce the risk of health problems, whether you have a family history of diseases or not. Physical activity, and making smart choices with how much you consume and what you consume can expand your lifespan. Health is described as physical and mental well-being and freedom from disease, pain or defect. However, such descriptions only superficially define the actual meaning of health. There may be many occasions when individuals are not necessarily ill or in pain but may be overweight, stressed or emotionally unstable. Health is a quality of life involving dynamic interaction and interdependence among the individual’s physical state, their mental and emotional reactions, and the social context in which the individual exists. There are many factors that influence your health, but three major components contribute to general well-being: Self-awareness, a balanced diet and, regular physical activity.
I am glad to be forced to take a look at my personal health and to develop a plan for my future. For the last few years it has been a subject I chose to ignore. Faced with this assignment and the desire to do well on it, I am forced to take a hard look at myself and decide the next steps.
