The medical profession of saving young lives on a day to day basis is pediatric surgery . Being a Pediatric Surgeon requires years of study, and a mindset, able to handle the world of Pediatrics. To be a Pediatric Surgeon commands a true love for the profession you are entering. This profession demands a desire to work with the complex anatomy that we call our bodies. To make it as a Pediatric Surgeon, you must have a genuine love for the children you treat. Not only do work with children, you also work with their families and loved ones. These are just a few of the reasons why Pediatric Surgery is the career for me. God determines our anatomy the very second we are conceived.“A person’s a person, no matter how small,” - Dr. Suess.
Every detail that makes us as humans who we are begins at conception. Imagine spending your life dedicated to studying the vast functions and workings of the extraordinary human body. What a blessing would it be, to work with the intricate design of God’s masterpiece! As a freshman in high school, our classes only scratch the surface of our bodies. What a true amazement, it would be, to dive into the depths of the science of the human body. Therefore, pediatric surgery would be an excellent career choice. Simply practicing medicine on adults is a completely different than practicing medicine on children. Having the ability to fight tremendously harder than most adults, makes children much more resilient. The ability to heal much faster and smoother than the average adult is seen frequently. When working with children, you can have fun with what you do. Children believe in magic, and they catch sight of the fairy dust in their IV bags. Children cross their tiny fingers, and they wish on passing stars. I couldn’t possibly think of anything else I would rather do than to give children, with hopes and dreams like these, a chance at having a future. What more could one possibly want? In pediatrics, not only do you have the opportunity to work with children, but you also are able to work with parents or other family members. Hospital stays are difficult and often become uncomfortable. Having a doctor that truly cares about the well-being of the patient and their family truly creates a difference. As a Christian, it is my duty to witness to those I am around. People take notice in your character and your attitude. Having these two things right in your life could change the life of someone else. The Lord has called each and every one of us in a different position to serve Him. So therefore, I can serve the Lord through my work in the future. Humans will make mistakes throughout life. I can walk through life knowing that I will at least have made one right decision. That decision would be my career choice. I love learning about the human anatomy. To work in the lives of children would be a true joy. Being there to support the families of these children would be an amazing opportunity. So in conclusion, pediatric surgery is the best career that I could choose.
Kids aren’t like adults, their bodies are growing and changing constantly and require specific knowledge to understand. I find it interesting learning about children’s mindsets and how their bodies are different from adults. I have always had a passion for working with kids and anytime that I have gotten an opportunity to be around kids and working with them I take it. I love being able to help kids feel better and to see them develop physically and mentally throughout time. Seeing a kids’ reaction to learning something new or feeling better is a highlight to my day which is why I chose to pursue my career in pediatrics as a pediatric nurse.
My career is a surgeon to become a surgeon you have to complete four years of college in the medical field from colleges like
Every little kid has high expectations for what they want to be when they grow up. Some dream of becoming president of the United States of America, or becoming an Astronaut, a lot of little kid ’s say that they want to be a Doctor. What kids do not understand is that there are many types of doctors, like an orthopedic surgeon, who works with feet, or an oral surgeon, who works with the mouth. Another similarity to a doctor is a nurse practitioner.
Children get injured or sick every day, and it doesn’t matter whether the child goes to a doctor or a pediatrician they are still tended to by a pediatric nurse. A pediatric nurse has to have many qualities. They also have to take many different classes. A pediatric nurse’s pay can vary from location to location depending on where they are working. After high school people go to college. College is the step where they will figure out their life-long job. I’ve always have wanted to go into the medical field, but didn’t know what I wanted to do in it. I decided I would like to to be a pediatric oncologist. A pediatric oncologist is a physician that specializes in pediatrics. Pediatric oncologists receive further training in medical oncology. Pediatric oncologists help kids who are fighting cancer.
My future career goal is to become an anesthesiologist. An anesthesiologist administers an anesthetic to patients before going into surgery. They also have to keep monitor of vital life signs and make sure everything in the body is functioning properly while under the anesthetic. I think being an anesthesiologist is something I’d enjoy being because I like being in control. I like making sure people are okay and that is specifically what anesthesiologists do; they make sure the patient can’t feel any pain and is comfortable during surgery.

My career choice is to become a pediatrician. The question is: what makes this job so interesting or fantastic enough to be chosen? This job requires many sacrifices, skills, and strengths to endeavor the obstacles on the way to the goal. This particular job is also a very honorable and noble job in the sense of helping children with their illnesses and ailments. Personally, I love children and I’m always fascinated by their actions and interesting techniques of expressing themselves. Since I am intrigued by the children’s personality I love spending time with them (and that’s why their child-like ways rub off on me). Thus, I believe that my own childish personality and my love of children will motivate me in the near future to help them out with their medical needs. Also, being a pediatrician and helping out children has its own rewards. Not only will I be doing something I enjoy, but I will be getting paid a generous price as well. A pediatrician’s salary is not the highest one compared to surgeons or cardiologists, but it’s enough to have a life that is something more than simply satisfying. Another good aspect of this job is that they only focus on the health of children rather than all of the age groups. An adult and a child are so different they are nearly two different species. If a child is brought to a doctor who specializes in all age groups, the child would not be getting the same kind of attention that he or she would be getting, compared to that from a doctor who specializes only in children. Doctors that specialize in all age groups are used to make quick, rough, and fundamental actions need for the healing of the patient. One does not simply treat a child the same way an adult would be treated. The child would becom...
In the future, I hope to pursue my career dream of becoming a pediatrician. Pediatricians can be identified individuals who specialize in giving medical care to children and adolescents between infancy to adulthood at eighteen years of age. I became inspired to become a pediatrician due to my immense love of children. Perhaps I have an innate intuition for taking care of people being that I have always felt that I excel at taking care of others. The idea of taking care of others truly makes me feel that I serve a purpose, not only to better the life of myself but the life of others. Therefore, I believe that becoming a pediatrician will help me combine the best of both worlds into a career that I adore and cherish.
The career that I want to pursue after high school is surgery. More specifically, reconstructive plastic surgery. I want to do facial constructive surgery for children born with a cleft lip and palate. In addition to that, I want to perform reconstructive surgery on burn victims. I chose this career field because I was born with a cleft lip and palate, and know firsthand the impact a good surgeon can have on someone 's life. It is important to understand the education or training requirements, skills or talents needed, salary and benefits offered, and the duties for a particular career when making this decision.
With so many jobs in the world it’s so hard to choose just one. Do you want to be an athlete or a doctor? You have to decide wisely because once you choose turning back is a difficult task.
