Java is a widely used computer programming language created by Sun Microsystems, it was originally called OAK and was designed for small handheld devices, but Oak proved to be unsuccessful and Sun decided to change the name in 1995 coming up with the new and improved name Java. By doing so, they also took it upon themselves to modify the language to take advantage of the World Wide Web.
Even though Java is a language that is object-oriented which is similar to C++, it is a simpler version eliminating features of language that can cause common errors while programming. The files of Java are compiled into a format known as byte code (these files have a .class extension), which can later be executed by an interpreter. The compiled code can run on most computers because of the interpreter and the runtime environments; these are known as a Java Virtual Machines.
A program that shares the similarities with this high-level programming language is C++, it is also a popular and well known language. Created at Bell Labs in 1983, makes it a lot older than Java, but C++ has efficient performance and is used in application software, system software, entertainment software (specifically video games), and client applications. This program was developed by Bjarne Stroustrup. The name C++ was originally C, but was renamed as a pun to involve the increment operator. This program has influence a plethora of other programming languages; these include Java, C#, and the newer versions of C.
C++ has a strong philosophy that refers to its development and also the evolution of the program, it has been governed by a set of rules that its expansion should follow. The very first rule is that the program should be drove by actual problems and its feature...

Also the last, most important thing is that unlike C++, when you write applications in Java, it can run anywhere in different environment. Even though they are similar, there's just more that sets then apart.

The historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) are fledgling to compete with Predominately White Institutions (PWIs). HBCU were established to serve the educational needs of black Americans. Before HBCU college was create blacks were generally was denied admission to traditionally all white institutions. Since black Americans was prohibited from whites schools HBCUs became the principle means for providing postsecondary education. There are several reasons why all blacks’ schools does not compete with predominately white schools. HBCU’s most of the time do not keep their accreditation, their tests scores are very low, and do not get as much funding
In life everyone is going to have to go through struggles and trials, however in times of suffering, having a strong support system and faith can help get through anything. The book is Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand. The book is about an Olympic athlete named Louie Zamperini, that joined the military. Louie is captured, and tortured by the Japanese after his military plane crashed. Louie and his fellow prisoners are then tasked with trying to survive the Japanese POW camps. What are the underlying themes of Unbroken? In Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand three themes that stand out in the story are faith, suffering, and friendship.
Our enemy was the Japanese, but when the war ended, it also had another story to it, and it was Louie, a survivor of the American army, and a survivor from a prisoner of war camp. Louie’s life was that he was an athlete in his childhood, and the one who made Louie into an athlete was Pete, his big brother in the family, which his brother was the one that encouraged Louie the most. When Louie was older, he joined the army, and when he joined, he was still running and practiced like an athlete. When Louie was growing up, he kept on changing his personalities, and was growing new traits as he learned from others, and had joy with loved ones too. In the book Unbroken, the author Laura Hillenbrand described Louie as
The programming language C++ can be used in many ways. It has exploded into the gaming community allowing PC game programmers to have access to a stabile, yet powerful, programming language, utilizing as little code as possible. It has also been used in other commercial software, such as word processors, audio players, screen savers, and other computer desktop tools.
Java and Python are both popular programming languages. Each has its own strength, when it comes to programming. In my research, I have tried to elaborate the main differences and similarities, as well as some of more specific and detailed differences.
Fortran ["FORmula TRANslation"] is the oldest language still in general use, dating back to 1957, the year the Space Age began. It excels at the first task computers were called on for: number-crunching. This is the language that literally put a man on the moon, and some of the features it developed in the process of that project (and other less glamorous ones) have yet to be duplicated in other, more "modern" languages.
Having a relationship with the students is a key factor in the academic success of the individual students. “When advisors help facilitate conversations between students and faculty members, they help the institution as a whole. When students feel connected to the campus community, they are more often retained and excel academically, creating a winning situation for everyone.” (Duberstein, 2009). When a student feels important to the advisor and knows that their needs and personal situations are taken into consideration, which is when a trusting student-advisor relationship is created. The advisor has a duty to take into consideration the cultural aspects of each of their students. By being aware of the individual cultures of each student and
If a picture is worth a thousand words, than what exactly is the value of your writing? In the legal field, legal memo writing either saves the day, or it can lead to stress and frustration. At first, several people believe that writing legal memos is a task that anyone could learn as they go along. This thought couldn’t be further from the truth. When it comes to writing in the legal field, a professional who is familiar with the ends and outs is always the best option.
Most programming languages—such as C, C++, and Fortran—use compilers, but some—such as BASIC and LISP—use interpreters. An interpreter analyzes and executes each line of source code one-by-one. Interpreters produce initial results faster than compilers, but the source code must be re-interpreted with every use and interpreted languages are usually not as sophisticated as compiled languages.
Many different types of programming languages are used to write programs for computers. The languages are called "codes". Some of the languages include C++, Visual Basic, Java, XML, Perl, HTML, and COBOL. Each of the languages differs from each other, and each is used for specific program jobs. HTML and JAVA are languages used to build web pages for the Internet. Perl and XML can produce codes that block students from getting on certain inappropriate web pages on their school server. One of the most prominent programming languages of the day would have to be C++.
This article was written by Ralph E.Johnson and Brian Foote which was discussed about the Designing of reusable classes and its importance in Object-Oriented programming languages and how can we make object oriented programming as reusable programming language. The initial part of the article discussed about the object oriented language attributes such as abstract classes, polymorphism and inheritance. This article will help us in understanding the importance of reusability concept in object oriented programming.

Pascal programming language was designed in 1968, and published in 1970. It is a small and efficient language intended to encourage good programming practices using structured programming and data structuring. Pascal was developed by Niklaus Wirth. The language was named in honor of the French mathematician and philosopher Blaise Pascal. In 1641, Pascal created the first arithmetical machine. Some say it was the first computer. Wirth improved the instrument eight years later. In 1650, Pascal left geometry and physics, and started his focus towards religious studies. A generation of students used Pascal as an introduction language in undergraduate courses. Types of Pascal have also frequently been used for everything from research projects to PC games. Niklaus Wirth reports that a first attempt to merge it in Fortran in 1969 was unsuccessful because of Fortran's lack of complex data structures. The second attempt was developed in the Pascal language itself and was operational by mid-1970. A generation of students used Pascal as an introductory language in undergraduate courses. Pascal, in its original form, is a Procedural language and includes the traditional like control structures with reserved words such as IF, THEN, ELSE, WHILE, FOR, and so on. However, Pascal has many data structuring and other ideas which were not included in the original, like type definitions, records, pointers, enumerations, and sets. The earliest computers were programmed in machine code. This type of programming is time consuming and error prone, as well as very difficult to change and understand. Programming is a time-consuming a process. More advanced languages were developed to resolve this problem. High level languages include a set of instruction...
As we describe a programming language is a formal constructed language designed to exchange instructions with machines. particular to computers , we can use programming languages to create programs to control the behavior of computer or express algorithms . we use programming languages to behave external computer components such as printers , scanners etc. since the past many of programming languages had been creating mainly in the computer field and most of them have been creating every year .
Software engineering was suggested at a NATO conference in 1968 to talk about the software crisis. “Software crisis” was the name give to problems encountered in the development of large and complex systems . In the early 1970s, notions of structured programming started coming up. In the late 1970s, early
