Introduction:
There is immense debate and discussion to explicit/implicit internal customer as organization assets. As Buchanan & Huczynski (2010) argues that, ’’the most critical assets of the organization are Knowledge, skills and abilities as compare to materials and equipment’’ (p. 138). To meet/exceed employer expectation and organization goals and objective, it is necessary for employee to comprehensively contemplate self-awareness and continuous self-development to enhance KSAO and undermine limitations that can be only achieved by self-awareness and continuous self-development.
Moreover, as we external environment is fast moving as well as unpredictable; so, the organization need to respond effectively to compete and survive that could lead by employee self-awareness and continuous self-development that would enable firm to learn constantly and adapt itself (Senge, 1990; Burgoyne, 1995).
1.1 Self-Awareness and Continuous Self-Development:
Self-awareness and continuous self-development is a continuous leaning process.
Mullins (2013, p.196) has stated self-awareness means learning about ourselves like own skills, abilities, knowledge, norms, behaviour and attitude, whereas continuous self-development refers learning what we require to do to enhance it more and how to achieve and maintain require behaviour( role behaviour).

I am going to take you on a journey of what I learned and what I am continuing to learn. First I have chosen four chapters of the book that I think I have developed and learned the most from. From these chapters I picked the concepts and the theories that I have revised within myself.
