1. List the needs and expectations that Ms. Linsky and her groups may have in relation to hotel accommodations
As president of the Regional Record Store Owners Association, Ms. Linsky has a lot of planning to do in order to make sure her 200 + attendees are well accommodated so that their 4 day regional meeting goes well.
First, the lodging facility needs to be able to have enough rooms and beds to accommodate her employees. That being said, her employees, depending on how they many they are, she could be able to book at least 2 people per room seeing as there are at least 200 people attending. Rooms should also have basic needs such as bathrooms/toilets, fridge, coffee, and a television for his guests.
Second, the facility should also be able to have meal plans for this group, preferably at least 3 meals a day. Another must haves are meeting rooms, a convention center in the facility or nearby This is definitely a necessity since the whole reason why they would be there is to have their regional meeting.
