There are many different opinions about the Xbox One and PlayStation4 but what are the main differences of these two big name consoles in the gaming industry. It can be difficult to choose which gaming console you want to buy, some people question if they want to buy an Xbox One or PlayStation4. I’ll review the differences of both the Xbox One and PlayStation4 in three different categories. The hardware of the consoles, the exclusive games that are available for both consoles, and the overall price of the two consoles. The first thing to think about when choosing to buy a console is the type of hardware is used for that console. Both the Xbox One and PlayStation4 both have some similarities in their hardware like their HDD, Audio/Visual output, and Wi-Fi. The differences in hardware of the Xbox One and PlayStation4 are the GPU and CPU. The PlayStation4’s GPU has 1.84 TFLOPS, AMD Radeion Graphics Core Next Engine which is better than the Xbox One, the PlayStation4’s CPU is a Low Power x86-64 AM “Jaguar” , 8 Cores which is slightly better than …show more content…

There is only one difference in price between the Xbox One and PlayStation4. The price for the Xbox One on the day it was released was $499, now the current price for the Xbox One is $399 a $100 decrease in price. The PlayStation4 had a starting price on release day was $399, now the price for the PlayStation4 is now $350, that’s $50 less than the price it was on release day. The PlayStation4 is $50 cheaper than the Xbox One right now. In conclusion, after reviewing all the facts and information about both the Xbox One and PlayStaion4. The PlayStation4 is clear winner in all categories of hardware, games, and price. The hardware for the PlayStation4 is slightly better than the Xbox One, the games for the PlayStation4 are better, and the price is better than the Xbox
