Sometimes our country may need a little saving from time to time. Doing civil service hours may be a new idea that assists us. I believe the Civil service should be made mandatory! The Civil service should be made mandatory because it will guide the world and will support children in understanding and learning better while also teaching the volunteers how to be prepared for any bumps in their life that they may encounter. For example, these volunteers surrender a year of their time to assist in the military or Americorps. There they will learn how to get better prepared for their next step in life, including getting jobs, communicating with children, and preparing for school. We could have people going into the military to stand up for our country. They would also risk their lives to save ours, which shows true bravery and self-confidence. The Civil service also offers tutoring to children around the world which can be beneficial to graduates and the children because it brings life skills for volunteers and better education to the children involved in tutoring programs. Though this can be taxing on the volunteers, the outcome has a greater difference than if it hadn't taken place by getting them ready to step out into the real world. These children are the rising generation and are in charge of the future. Having a good education will bring more success to these children as they get older. I personally would want to help the children of the world because I love children. I would help to tutor them and get their grades up so that they can learn better. I would want more people to volunteer for Civil services so that we can benefit the world around us and help children prepare for the real world ahead of them.
