Secondly, Substance Abuse is a serious public health problem that affects our communities and families in some way. Substance Abuse plays a major role in drugged driving, violence, stress, and other abuses like child abuse. Substance Abuse can lead to serious damages in some clients lives such as homelessness, crime, unemployment, harms to unborn babies, and destroy families. Lastly, Community Social Workers helps clients cope with their challenges in every stage of their lives. Community Social Worker involved in the process of making referrals to families or clients to needed resources. Social Worker also follow up with every clients to be sure resources are succeeded. Community Social Workers fight for the right of others specially the vulnerable populations or unable to speak up for themselves by convincing of the appropriate needs and rights of members in the community. Furthermore, Community Social Workers involved teaching the community about resources and how to develop skills such as budgeting. Community Social Workers also play a role as a facilitator by gathering groups of people for community development,
