The current school I attend in Jose mart mast academy, and I plan on going to Florida international university, a very well known business and technology school in southern Florida, around the Miami area. My current major is chemistry. I love the concept of medicine and how it works, as well as how it affects our bodies in good and bad ways. I've always wanted to own my own business because of the respect and complexity that goes with it. I've always wanted to own a business just like my father has. He was always owning a business at every stage of his life. Even when he was in college he would guy and sell office supplies to major companies, always finding a way to make money at his own pace and rules. I learned from him to always try to be …show more content…
He's owned several businesses from a gas station, to a supply company, and until now he is a contracted, where he sub contracts for a company to do some work, and he has workers do the work and everyone gets paid. Owning your own business is great in many ways, from being your own boss and taking your time with lif3. You have to be motivated though, and be able to get up and go to works hen you have to,and can not just slack off in life,or youbwill never get by as a business manager, that is the truth. If you are your own boss and you pay yourself the money, you have no one over your head telling you to go to work and having to do what you must do in your work enviorment. Being your own boss is about being able to manage yourself and employes, and any mistake is your fault since it's your buisness. The scholarship is the stepping stone of your success,if will motivate you to keep going and keep moving into the future. This scholarship will mean a lot to me since I need it to get started, that little sun of money might not seem like a lot of monet to many, but to me it will mean the world honestly. That little amount of money will get my far enough to be able to start up my business and keep motivated to keep going with my
I told someone when I was younger that I wanted to cure people. 4 years ago, I told one of my teachers I wanted to find the best school that would allow me to do that. A year ago, I went to Wayne State and I found it, my major and my school. Being interested in science and math has been a major component in my studies and choosing a career path. Devoting time to helping and working with others doing volunteer work makes the decision a whole lot better. Majoring in Pharmacy is the right path and Wayne State University will give me the best chance at following that path.
I am excited about the prospect of attending medical school. My dream began when I was a child in a rural village in Bangladesh, continued through graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) with a biology degree. Now, I am working in a research lab at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).I have had many experiences that have reinforced my desire to become a physician.
My trade is a medical administrative assistant, the reason why I chose this trade is because it can be easy to find a job because it’s in the medical field and there are hospitals everywhere that may need an administrative assistant. The reason why I chose this school to further my study is because this school provides me everything I need to achieve my career and its free unlike a college where I would have to borrow money from parents and apply for loans and be in debt when I’ve finished my course this school offers anything a college would offer for my field choice and its free. Some of the skills that I need to acquire in my trade is to know how to use word processing, and be excellent at oral communication, be very organized, and management. Also in my trade I need to have a solid knowledge of medical terminology and procedures in order to perform
In the future, I wish to obtain an occupation in the medical field. I would like to start out by working for a Biology major and working in a premedical field in college where I can use my interest in medicine and my curiosity for knowledge to gain insight that would be needed to become a helpful doctor in the medical field. As I move along in my career, I would like to work my way through the pathway so that I can expand my skills in healing others, such as diagnostic abilities, effectively giving treatment and so on. I want to learn as much as possible so I can fulfill my ultimate dream of helping others that need answers to their medical problems and so that more people can live happily and healthily in the world. I hope to bring happiness to others and allowing people to live comfortably.
I am completing a health science degree at Southern Adventist University. Once I attain my master’s degree and certification, I will be qualified to begin work as a speech-language pathologist. I am currently uninterested in opening my own practice. However, I understand that this mindset could change as I gain more experience in the field. As of right now, I plan to work at a hospital or school in Florida.
I’m a student at Tompkins Cortland Community College this is my first semester as a college student. I plan to go to college for four years and only be at TC3 for this one semester, then transfer to a four year school. College has grown around the world more than ever and more people are attending college more than ever. I have chosen to go to college because of the rewards after graduation. Yes it is another four years of school but by getting more education and an extended degree gives me more opportunities for better jobs and more money. The career I have chosen to study is business administration. I am hoping that it takes me to a great job managing a company or possibly being an accountant.
Educational Goals: Education is extremely important part of my past, present, and future goals. I currently hold an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design Media. I have found that an A.A.S Degree does not go as far al I originally intended in the Rochester, MN area and furthering my education will be a necessity for my future career goals. Over the past 2 years I have been working on my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Minnesota School of Business Rochester campus. I am currently a senior with 3 quarters left before a spring graduation. After a June graduation, I plan on taking a summer quarter break. After summer break I will either continue on at MSB for my Masters in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing or transferring the University of Minnesota for my Masters in Adult Education. After my Masters Degree is complete I will decide at that time if I wish to continue on and achieve my Ph.D.
Going into the pre-med program at the ATA I had previously thought about being an Orthodontist. It was something i found very very interesting. Going through the pre med class and interning at a pediatric dental office over the summer i decided that was far from what i wanted to do. I am almost positive that i would like to become a Dermatologist or something along those lines. After graduating high school i want to attend Horry Georgetown Technical College. After this two year program i will transfer to a four year college. I'm not 100% sure on what college i would like to attend but i'm strongly thinking about attending Charleston Southern. I choose this because I have always been interesting helping people who are in need. I have always
The lessons I have learned in my life from both my parents and life experiences have fully prepared me to excel in college. Being a part of honors classes and taking multiple advanced placement classes I believe I am very ready for the workload to come ahead. After college I hope to fulfill not only my dream, but also my parent’s dream, of seeing myself become a successful dentist or doctor so I could accomplish all of my other life goals. I hope to be able to build a life and future for myself in
Owning Your Own Business There are many advantages and disadvantages when owning your own business. When you own your own business, it’s known as a sole proprietorship. But with any type of business, there will always be advantages and disadvantages. Five advantages to owning your own business are: 1) The owner receives all profits, meaning that all earnings go to the sole proprietor, or the owner, and isn’t shared with anyone else.
If you are trying to get your own business off the ground while still working away at a regular nine-to-five job, you'll no doubt be desperate to quit your day job as soon as possible. While it can be extremely tempting to get focusing entirely on your new business, quitting your day job at the right time is absolutely essential. Many people make the grave mistake of leaving too early, prompted by unrealistic optimism or a foolhardy willingness to take a major risk. Before you do decide to quit your day job and commit yourself fully to your own business venture, however, you should consider the following factors. Your Responsibilities If you are living on your own, single and without children, then you are already better equipped to leave your regular job and make a full commitment to jumpstarting your own business than someone who has to worry about family and other major responsibilities.
Im thinking that its most likely that I will go to a university. If I do, I will go to the University of Phoenix. I’m attending the University of Phoenix for a few reasons but I’m ultimately going to the university to become a detective. I want to be successful and rich so I can have all the good things in life. I want to be able to have a family without financial stress and worries. My entire life my mom has and still is working two or three jobs just to make ends meet. That’s not where I want to be with my future. I want a sense of comfort that no matter what happens I’ll have the money to take care of it. I don’t exactly need a luxurious lifestyle, but I’d like to partake in a life of nicer cars, extravagant home, and cash in the bank. So after all I guess I would like to have a few dollars. It’s often hard to grow up without a substantial amount of money in the family. I’m going to make sure that my husband (who will be working just like me), and kids don’t have to go through all of that. On a more selfish side of the scale, I want to get out of that whole situation as well. I’d like to drive expensive cars and wear the clothes, and most of all, I always want to have money in my pocket. Like everyone else, I just want the good life.
As time went on, I became increasingly intrigued about this subject until I reached the epiphany that I wanted to pursue business in my post-high school career (beginning with college). During my studies in the IB and throughout high school in general, I became interested in the world of business. Gradually, I found this subject to be more and more fascinating and reached the
Business has always run in my family. My father arrived in the US with nothing but a high school and now, he works at Toyota as a Finance Manager. Imagine the career I could have with a business degree. I had thought for a long time about the major I should pursue and I have determined that Accounting is the utmost fitting. Your university will assist my efforts of being successful in the business world.
I plan on starting college, if I get accepted, in January of 2018. I want to start at Southeast Community College in Beatrice and get my prerequisites done. After I finish those I want to move on to a larger college and start in the culinary program. I have always wanted to be a chef, I have been cooking and baking since I was around three. My grandma used to have me sit on the counter and help her male lunch, supper, and desserts. She is the reason I want to be a chef. She, at one point in her life, ran her parents cafe and she loved it. She has told me multiple stories about it and I want to be able to make those types of memories as well. After I finish college I want to start working for some company to get the hang of the business. I then want to move on and start my own business, I haven’t decided if I want a full restaurant, a cafe, or if I want to open a bakery. When I decide what I want to open, I will try to start it up and get it going. If the launch goes well and my business does well for a long time I want to expand and open more shops. I want to be able to start my own chain of places. This is what I see for my business side of my future, but not what I see for my life if I was to look ten years into the
