Why do people decide to work in food trucks if there are many restrictions and local regulations? Even though there are many things that have to be followed as someone working in a food truck, they do it because the job is still developing and they want to be able to set up the job for the future. Even though that plan can benefit the community, it isn't exciting especially for the workers because of all the restrictions and being held back from expanding due to licenses and certifications needed to be obtained by operators. Mobile food service establishments aren’t as beneficial to the world because of the local regulations, restrictions cropping up beyond just Baltimore, and the longevity of adapting. As seen in Source D, the struggles of food trucks in Baltimore is the issue that is playing out across the country, which causes mobile food vendors to fight to park where they want and when they want. Baltimore County doesn't allow food trucks to park within 200 feet of restaurants. This indicates that mobile food vendors can't park near popular areas that attract more people and could lead to more customers. This matters because vendors not being able to park near restaurants means that they have to park in areas that aren’t really popular and that leads to fewer customers. Source D describes that issues are holding back the industry from growing as fast as it can. This means that all these regulations only push back mobile food vendors and doesn't let them get more involved in the community and benefit from it. This matters because without being able to do more with less restrictions, more food can't be provided and people can't try new things that they may like and choose it as a go-to spot. Some might agree that mobile food services can benefit this community worldwide, but they aren’t. As others might think, because the regulations and restrictions are spreading worldwide, then Baltimore, which is stated in source …show more content…
According to source A, the industry in pioneering cities is feeling growing pains due to customers moving in and regulators clamping down. This means that food trucks arent producing the same as restaurants and arent evolving at the pace they should be. This is important because if food trucks don't make certain changes people won't be interested and there will be very little attraction. Less cities will be involved and won't care to check out the mobile food industry. Based on source A, a surge in new construction over the past couple of years has forced the closing of several food cart pods on former parking lots. This means that as new things are being constructed, it is affecting the food carts gaining attention and is the reason for food carts being shut down. Without any customers there will be no money made which unfortunately means being shut down. This matters because the mobile food industry is trying to adapt, but because of the surge in construction it isn't letting them evolve. With all of the food carts being shut down, it leads to less numbers and less production. The business will not be able to improve because of that. Some may argue that the mobile food industry will improve and evolve in the future, but there are events in the world that are holding it back, such as the surge in construction, gaining less attraction in pioneer cities, and the regulators

One of the fastest growing sports in the world is racing. Racing in general can consist of many different types such as: Drag Racing, NASCAR, Indy, Motor Cross, Truck Rally. The topic of racing that I am chose was street racing. Street racing originated from drag racing on the quarter-mile strip. The concept of drag racing is when two racers in different cars would line up at a white line, and in the middle of the two cars would be a light post, called the Christmas tree for its red, yellow and green
To American society food is simply another thing to keep them going throughout the day, giving them energy. Perhaps the convenient burger at a café, a well-prepared dinner at a nice restaurant, or a lovely homemade meal – they are all part of American’s daily lives with no traditions or religious based holidays to refrain from having these foods during anytime of the day. Humans eat to satisfy cravings rather than to nurture their bodies. Health is overlooked the majority of the time and the after-affects of that are severe, even fatal
