Romeo and Juliet Essay “Everyone has their own fate, and the more they try to avoid it, the more trouble they get into”. This quote perfectly explains what is going on in the Romeo and Juliet. The story of Romeo and Juliet is very interesting with lots of different things going on. Romeo falls in love with this women named Juliet. The two families have a long history of a feud and do not get along. The two families are the Montagues (Romeo’s family) and the Capulets (Juliet’s family). Both Romeo and Juliet fall in love which caused lots of problems and deaths. The deaths could have been very well prevented if the family feud and fate did not exist.

If there had not been a family feud Romeo and Juliet would not have died. Character flaws may have played a small part in the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, but the most logical reasons would be the family feud and fate. The Capulets and the Montagues did not like each other whatsoever. The families were always fighting about the littlest things that did not matter. When Romeo went out to a party with his friends they had told him to look at the other girls because there are more than just Rosaline. Romeo did not care about them and just wanted to be with Juliet. Neither of the two had much control over the relationship because of fate. Juliet's family did not want her to be with Romeo. If they had more control over the relationship things would have worked out better. Both of them could almost see in the future that things were no going to work out between them. They told each other they could see that things were destined to go downhill seen the families do not get along. They both knew that the relationship was destined to go down hill and that it would not work out because of the family
