Over the course of years, skills have played a major role in the workforce as a whole, or have they? As time progresses, skills have changed due to the world around us changing. It's important that any person looking to join a workforce, or already in the workforce, has them. You can be a teacher, singer, artist, social worker, or basically anything you can think of. Most skills are very broad due to the fact that there will always be improvements, whether it being personal or general, within the skill. As a young adult, seeing people around my age has made me ponder about what skills matter the most in the workforce, not only to my age group, but to everyone.
