We individual are challenge to put our trust in the Lord. Whatsoever circumstances, conditions and unchangeable mean we are to place our faith and hope toward the Lord.
6 The LORD is on my side, I am not afraid! What can people do to me?
7 The LORD is on my side as my helper. I look in triumph on those who hate me.
8 It is better to take shelter in the LORD than to trust in people.
9 It is better to take shelter in the LORD than to trust in princes.
Psalms 118:6-9/NET
If we are of the Spirit we will indeed experience and see what the Spirit will contemplate, embrace and break the news. On the other hand those who are from the world even as those in these human race are experiencing worldly disorder, intimidation and fear. The memory say the thing you feel and catch a glimpse of is so authentic! You should submit compliance to the flesh and sensuality. The system and men reasoning will

How blessed is the one who takes shelter in him!
9 Remain loyal to the LORD, you chosen people of his, for his loyal followers lack nothing!
10 Even young lions sometimes lack food and are hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.
Psalms 34:8-10/NET
On the other hand the Spirit who live in us say trust in God who is in dominion over heaven and earth. But our rational mind perceive lies because we cannot perceive with eyes and senses. In explanation by trusting in the desire of the creation our passion in God will diminishing!
One of the most proudest moment God will commend us good and faithful servant is to depend on Him despite powerless situation and helplessness.
For this reason the LORD is ready to show you mercy; he sits on his throne, ready to have compassion on you. Indeed, the LORD is a just God; all who wait for him in faith will be blessed. --- Isaiah 30:18 NET

The title of the Psalm is “Prayer for Deliverance from Enemies” and although most issues in life aren’t as dramatic as described in the Psalm although at the time of the event it may seem as bad. Some examples I have thought about are a Death in the family, a breakup with a loved one, and when you wished you wouldn’t have done something you regret. In these times I have asked God myself if he/she could correct the problem or make it go away and I would do anything (at the time) if he could make it happen and sometime the requests were pretty unreasonable. I would even ask, if I followed the laws of the Lord and I believed in him how could the situation happen? If God loves me he/she would get me out of the situation?
When we think of the name Lord as Christians we think of God, as he is
“Blessed are the poor in spirit... Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness.” (Mt
That’s what you get when you’re in mixed company – the saved and the unsaved. But today it’s just us, the saints of God. And if you’re like me, after being rejected all week, you need a recharge of your spiritual battery. So let’s recharge our spirits by linking up to one of my favorite power sources of scripture…Psalm 113.
... “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight. The fear of the Lord will change one’s distorted thinking into God’s perspective. Psalms 31:19 (ESV) says that the Lord encamps around those who fear him. When we are crippled by fear we can be comforted by the presence of the Lord because we are to fear him and him alone. As one who fear the Lord, they can take comfort and rest in knowing that the one who fears the Lord has a secure fortress (Psalm 14:26, ESV).
...so holds all things in his power, so rules by his authority and will, so governs by his wisdom, that nothing can befall except he determine it. Moreover, it comforts him to know that he has been received into God's safekeeping and entrusted to the care of his angels, and that neither water, nor fire, nor iron can harm him, except so far as it pleases God as governor to give them occasion. Thus indeed the psalm sings: "For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. Under his wings will he protect you, and in his pinions you will have assurance; his truth will be your shield. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the flying arrow by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at midday" (Calvin 224).
Fighting for others, for your own soul, your life, crying out, pouring out your situation, crying, praising Him, glorifying Him being on your knees, on your feet, sitting, shouting or whispering. Be yourself and ask for help, direction, wisdom and forgiveness, pray for others and your loved ones.
For we have been given authority over him but when we do not use that authority he gains authority in the areas in which we are week or disobedient. This warning is not for the lost but for the righteous. This implies that the righteous if they are not walking “sober”, in obedience, they can come under the influence of the devil… whose goal is to devour, to destroy the people of God. Paul warns believers,Paul tells us, the people of God, to not give the devil an opportunity in our lives. Which implies in fact that we can give the devil a foot hold in our lives.
As Christians, we are to be redemptive agents for God. Just as God showed us grace and mercy. By the sacrifice of his only son, Jesus Christ, and through his blood saved us from our sins. To then be reborn in salvation. We too are responsible to show grace and mercy to our fellow man. In both cases, we are presented with the opportunity to show grace and mercy.
God tells us to fight our life problems and face them with strength and bravery.
We do not deserve any of the blessings God blesses us with. We, as Christians, fall short all the time. Yet, God continues to bless us, because He is merciful and loving. God loves us despite our faults and flaws. If it was not for God blessing us and keeping us safe, who knows where we would be. The height of God’s favor and protection is demonstrated through the birth and death of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the way, truth, and life. He is the perfect example of how to live that’s pleasing to God. Jesus purchased our salvation by giving up His life on the cross for our sins. This alone shows us how we all are favored by God. If we accepted God as our Savior, we are forever favored and protected. A lot of blessings are taken for granted such as the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross. Other blessings which are often times overlooked is living to see another day, having food to eat, and clothes to wear. The Bible is filled with stories of blessings upon the children of God and unbelievers. I intend to present blessings and how its meaning evolves from the Old Testament to the New Testament.
give I to the poor. Then come and follow me." In the light of this,
Today's Gospel reading shows us that the Lord is with us through times of trial… or when the storms of life get to be too much to handle. Whether He calms the storm as he did for the disciples, or asks us to let him walk through the storm with us, as Paul talks of in 2 Corinthians, or gives us the strength to fight against it, as He did for David while up against Goliath; he is always with us. He does not ignore the cry of the afflicted.
Paul tells us to “fight the good fight of faith” (Tim. 6:12). We must not hold on to unbelief. When we give ourselve...
