On the above date and time Officer Runge and I were conducting a business check of the Walmart parking lot. While conducting the business check, I observed a White male subject in the passenger seat of a parked 2001 Chrysler van. The subject was slumped over to the right side in the seat. The window was completely open. Officer Runge stationed my patrol vehicle next to the van to conduct a welfare check on the male subject. At no time were my patrol vehicle's emergency lights or sirens activated. Furthermore, the vehicle was not blocked in as to where it could not leave freely. I exited my patrol vehicle and made contact with the subject, later identified as Mark Alan Wilt. I advised Wilt that I was checking on his welfare. Welt advised me that he was just sleeping. The paraphernalia and liquid were later photographed and placed into evidence at the Port Richey Police Department. The clear liquid will be sent to the FDLE lab for additional testing. The syringes were properly disposed of in a sharps container. I advised dispatch to contact Walmart management and to have them respond to the scene. Shortly after, Walmart Manager, Mark Kito, arrived on the scene. I advised Kito of the situation and he requested that all three subjects be trespassed from Walmart. All the subject later acknowledged, received, and signed their trespass warnings. All three subjects were advised that they would be arrested if they returned to Walmart, located at 8701 U.S. Highway 19 in Port Richey. Kito also received and signed copies of the warnings. On 01-01-17 at 0023 hours I was monitoring the radio and heard that Officer Harrell #3441 and Officer Thebeau #8402 were involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Corson Street. I responded to the above location to assist. They advised responding units that the suspect was involved in a traffic collision on the eastbound 210 Freeway Fair Oaks Avenue off-ramp.

The goal for my ethnographic study is subjected to the study of the people of Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is a place that varies from city to city, but still attracts many of the same people. Everyone knows the weird people that wear ridiculous things to do their normal routine of shopping. That is why I have chosen to do my mini ethnography one day while shopping as an insider at the local Wal-Mart in Auburn, Alabama. Wal-Mart is a large center for shopping that attracts many different types of people, while creating an environment within itself.

On Friday, 09/23/2016, at approximately 0830 hours, I, Deputy Stacy Stark #1815 met with the reporting party, James R. Boucher (M/W, DOB: 07/25/1959) at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. I requested James R. Boucher to come to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office to review the Wal-Mart video footage I collected and identify the suspect, James Roy Boucher (M/W, DOB: 03/16/1978) on the video footage.
SOURCE OF ACTIVITY: At approximately 2130 on April 19th, 2014, I was dispatched by the Levelland Police Department Dispatcher to the Alamo Trailer Park space #35. The dispatcher advised she was receiving multiple 911 calls from residents living in the area indicating a large fight in progress and shots fired. I activated my overhead lights and audible siren and advised dispatch I would be en-route. While en-route dispatch advised she was now receiving 911 calls regarding suspects in a white SUV trying to run people over.
On the above date I responded to Walmart, reference a retail theft. While en-route, dispatch advised me that Walmart had a male subject detained in the loss prevention office for a theft. Upon arrival, I made contact with Walmart LP Officer, Chris Hoerl. Hoerl advised me that he observed the White male defendant enter the store and proceed to the alcohol section of the store. Hoerl stated that he notified Walmart LP, Marion Edwards, to watch the male due to the fact that he observed the same subject commit a theft of beer on the prior day.

Awareness: On January 19, 2017, while on patrol in a law enforcement vehicle,at approximately 23:00, me and my partner, officer Gerard Bello were dispatched to a call about a possibly occupied stolen vehicle, while driving on Buccaneer Blvd, in Las Vegas. Investigation: When being dispatched to the calls I was told that the suspect had left his keys in the vehicle, while he went into the dry cleaner. I turned on the car and dispatch started describing the vehicle.
