We have two major exercises, which related to the receiving in futsal and they are:
1-Quadriceps muscle
Quadriceps is a four headed main muscle that is used in almost all activities. its active in running, shooting receiving and many other activities. Stretching exercises dynamic and static ones are essential before doing any ball involving exercises. So that we improve range of motion and prevent yourself from getting injured. (Ayala, 2013).

Keep your eye on the ball until you caught it, bend your elbow and spread your finger and your inner palms to the ball, keep our body moving and don’t stop.
Ways of catching in handball:
Two hands is the best way to catch and it’s the safest one too, catching above the waist, keep your fingers up and catch the ball, catching below the waist, keep your fingers pointed to the ground and then catch the ball.
Receiving in basketball:
The player who will pass the ball you have to let him know that he will pass the ball to you, ask for the ball and keep your hands up, balance the weight on both of your feet, never keep your feet close together because the defender might bump you, don’t be flat footed too, jump to catch the ball and when you catch it then do a quick stop.
Always catch the ball with two hands, shoulder width apart, and try to see the whole court while catching the ball. Those steps will improve the body control and

The curveball was based on a spinning clamshell that curved across the water on a Brooklyn Beach (Fleitz, D). A curveball may not be the easiest thing to learn, but after you learn it you will never forget how to throw it. First you need to get a grip on the ball and rest your pinkie and ring finger beside the ball, this is for support and the spin. Plan on releasing the ball aiming at the catchers mask (Kendrick, S). Secondly you should wind up the same as if you were throwing a fastball. Your palm should be facing first base as the ball goes over your head. Keep your wrist cocked and rotated toward your body. Finally you want to keep your elbow up and turn your wrist, then snap your wrist down as you release the ball. The learning process will be a lot easier and quicker if you have a good coach that can help you if you can't get a motion down.
First, you must have the correct form. To shoot, you must remember that you use one hand not two. The second hand is there to guide the ball to make sure you shoot it straight. So, you will put your dominate hand under the bottom of the basketball and your other hand, the guide hand, on the side of the ball. From there, you must rest the ball on the tips of your fingers so the basketball is not touching the palm of your hand. Lastly,
The first step to mastering the art of catching is to be physically and mentally prepared. It starts by having the proper equipment. This is more of a preference than anything. One should feel comfortable behind the plate while being well protected. It is also important to have the desire to fill the role of the catcher on a team. This simply means one must be knowledgeable in what he or she is doing while also having the motivation to play the position.
When one throws a baseball properly they are using there entire body to generate a large force to propel the baseball. A general throwing position starts with a person rotated 90 degrees from there target with there throwing arm 180 degrees from the target and parallel to the ground. The person then starts rotating their body back towards their target while there throwing arm starts bending until it is almost 90 degrees to their elbow, while the arm is bending at the elbow the throwing arm is rotating such that the arm rotates back almost 180 degrees from the target. Meanwhile the person is leaping forward with the leg that was initially pointed at the target while there other leg is planted into the ground. The person is bending at their waist and the other arm is rotating into their body. Around the point where the driving leg strikes the ground the throwing arm is rotating foreword at a tremendous angular speed and the person lets go of the ball. At the point where the ball is let go the persons body pulls the planted leg forward and the throwing arm finishes its motion towards the driving leg.

The movement pattern of a soccer kick is a proximal to distal motion of the lower leg. Hip activation occurs to begin movement of the thigh through multiple planes. There is a backswing and a forward acceleration by the thigh, shank, and knee extensor. Where the ball ends up (accuracy), and how fast it moves (speed), depends mostly on foot to ball contact (Kellis & Katis, 2007).
Fielding a baseball while relaxed makes it 10,000 times easier than fielding the ball all tense and nervous. I just tell myself over and over in my head to stay relaxed and do not think too much. After I relax myself I start to come in on the ball and be aggressive with it, I always remember Coach Davidson telling me to not let the ball play me, take the easy hops and stay aggressive with it. "For starters, charging forward and attacking a ground ball cuts down on bad hops and allows you to keep the ball in front of your body" (Clark & Tulowitzki). Being aggressive greatly improves many players fielding skills, like Troy Tulowitzki who loves persistent aggression when fielding ground balls. He committed only 6 errors in the 2011 season which gave him a .991 fielding percentage, an elite percentage in baseball. Coming into the ball with rhythm and small steps also helps me out a great deal, "That is, Right foot, Left foot, Field the ball. This is the rhythm you want to have as you field the baseball. It will keep you squared up to the ball," (Bernier). I like to think of this reminder while I field baseballs because not only does it give me a good tempo but it also helps keep my fielding smooth and
Soccer the most popular sport in the world, since is the sport with more active players with around 270 million athletes. By having registered so many players, it’s not surprising that this sport has more fans than any other sport worldwide. Every team looks for a player that moves the ball, and that creates plays to score. This means a person that pass the ball through the entire game. To pass the ball in a proper way is one of the main skills a player needs to play soccer. Passing the ball, keeps the game going. Without being able to pass the ball accurately to your teammates, more than likely your team won’t be able to score a goal. The key for passing is to keep things simple. This means passing the ball to your nearest teammate that is not marked by an opponent.

Getting the support muscles of my legs in shape is one good way to lower the risk of knee injury. Therefore, a good conditioning program is needed. Exercises are certainly one answer, but all too often people consider exercise and activity as being synonymous. A good exercise regimen will provide overall muscular improvement.

Association football is played in agreement with a set of rules known as the ‘Laws of the Game’. The game is played using a sphere-shaped ball of 71 cm circumference known as the ‘football’ or ‘soccer ball’. Two teams of eleven players each participate to get the ball into the other team’s goal, thus scoring a goal. The team that has scored more goals at the end of the game wins. If both teams have scored an equal number of goals then the game is a tie. Each team is controlled by a captain.
