a. Types of creativity. Creativity is the act of coming up or generating ideas, solutions that are useful in solving problems. These approaches can be used to change and improve existing domain by making them better. Creativity is a characteristic that is for every person. What makes the difference is the way we perceive things that’s where the act of being creative applies. There are different types of creativity which depends on how one brought it up. Combinational creativity is the capacity to set up new combinations from the existing ideas and practices to come up with new possibilities of an idea. The idea that will be produced must partially or wholly fit the governed regulations (Riedl and Young, 2006). The way music is composed follows a certain way of placing variables required such as rhythm, beats in a particular way to finally produce the song. When there is a change in rules, and a new idea comes up, then transformational creativity is applied. This type of creativity changes the defining aspects of the original design to come up with a new idea. This kind of creativity is the best since it gives rise to unique and different from those before it. A computer could be creative if they used already established concepts that they are familiar with them. However, it is not an easy task, and if we wait for it to be creative, it will take forever. Contrary, to human creativity which is supported by the massive store of knowledge, computers especially those using artificial intelligence have limited resources of information.
