"People who achieve their goals do so with passion, planning, persistence, and purpose" (Lynda Fields). Goals are an important part of our lives. They make us happier, and they allow us to become a better person. For your goals to constantly shape your life, and make you happier, you must work hard and continue to have the motivation for them. You also must create a plan to start working on your smaller goals to achieve your bigger goals. My three goals are to graduate high school with Honors, be financially stable, and I want to be cured of my PCOS.
I always wanted to graduate high school with Honors. Graduating high school with Honors has always been on my mind. If I were able to graduate with Honors, then I would feel very successful. I also would feel very proud, because then I would know that all the hard work and all the things I did throughout high school paid off. It would allow me to be confident in going to college. However, to ensure that I graduate high school with Honors, I need to make

To be living the happiest life I could possibly imagine, is probably one of my hardest goals ever. It is not as simple as graduating high school with Honors, or be financially stable. This last goal, involves my organs, my DNA. Now I know I can't just change my DNA, but I can help push it down the road where it changes, or adapts. If I continue to take my medication and exercise and eat healthily, it should help my PCOS go on the right track. For this goal, I need to stay persistence. If I stop taking my medication or stop eating healthy or stop exercising on a daily basis, then I will be back at square one. If I do end up slipping or not staying constant, it will be harder to get back to where I was. This goal takes the most determination, persistence, and hard work. If I continue to do the things I am doing now, by the time I am an adult, I can stop taking medication for my
Life goals are something everyone wants to accomplish, but how will they do it? Well, I have a few life goals and a plan to make it happen. My life goals are so important to me I have already started to accomplish them. These goals will take time to accomplish, but I’m on the right track.
To me success is knowing that I didn't just meet my goal, I overachieved my goal. If I don't meet my goals, that's fine. All I need is to try my hardest and give it my all and I will be fulfilled. Reaching your goals is important but It is very necessary to sit down and think about other stuff like, what you value or what is important to you. The most important things to me is my family, friends, health and education. I also value achievement, adventure, happiness and knowledge. In total with your view of accomplishment and success in mind, you can succeed and reach your goals.
I have always been a straight A student, so my number one academic goal is to maintain that streak all though college. Another goal of mine is to finish my core classes early so I can have a bump free senior year. By taking Dual credit and classes throughout the summer I can reduce my workload later on in the future. A third major goal of mine is to be accepted into the Andy Dekaney National Honors Society. As an active member of the NHS I can become more outgoing and have a chance to give back to the
The third goal I desire in my college career is to not lose sight of my first goal, and that is to be there for women who may have gone through similar circumstances as I have in my life. I would be at a disadvantage to myself and others if I did not try my best at everything that I have started and set out to do. I truly believe that through much prayer that this is God’s will. Because as you have read earlier, I feel the need to help women. I know now that I have made the right
Goals give you something to measure yourself against and give you direction. Currently, my main goal is to graduate from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree of science in engineering with a concentration in biomedical engineering. My anticipated time to graduation is five years with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Beyond getting my bachelor’s degree at East Carolina University, I would like to go to medical school and become a doctor focusing on prosthetics. In order to make my goals a reality, I will have to work diligently to remain on track throughout my schooling. Additional goals that I have set for myself are to complete homework assignments by the time they are due, reading assigned material before it is discussed in class, doing well in each of my courses this semester, successfully participating in extracurricular activities, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, getting a position as an engineer, and becoming a leader within both the engineering community and the general community. A world-class engineering student woul...
As a highschool student we come up with many goals that we want to achieve each year. My three main goals for my junior year are to get good grades and maintain a good G.P.A. to stay active and play sports, and to start looking for colleges to apply for. Usually, it is hard to achieve all your own personal goals, especially if it involves working extra hard or doing other tedious activities.
My goal is to receive only honor roll grades and participating in additional clubs and activities. When I achieve this goal by putting my mind to it, I can even see myself becoming one of the highest ranked students in my class. I am very proud of myself this semester and can say for myself that I have improved but there are some things I wish I did better. I should of worked just a little harder at getting my work done every night and instead of constantly getting distracted by the things around me, I should of focused only on study for my
Everyone's goals and desires are different. One person's idea of happiness will be a lot different than another's. I have found the best approach to setting goals is the simple approach. Break it down into categories and then expound on each one. Do some brainstorming
Goal setting is key in motivation; goals need to be clear, sharp, and realistic. To make these feel more achievable it is better to break these down into smaller medium-term goals and medium-term goals into short-term goals so that you have a clear connection between what one does every day and their long-term goals.
Setting goals is the most important thing you can do in your life. Without goal's you are going to have no direction, no ambition to be successful, no drive to stay in school, and trouble finding a career that will provide for you. Without these three things, achieving your goals is going to be one of the toughest tasks in the years to come.
Growing up, goals change dramatically. A five-year olds goal is to get the coloring page done. As people go through school, goals obviously change. Then, of course goals continue to change as people get older and enter into different stages of life. In this essay, I am going to talk about how my goals in different aspects of my life and how they have transformed, what they are currently, and what they may turn into in the future.

Although I have many goals in life, two stick out to me the most. They stick out in every decision I make and they help me form good decisions. What I want most importantly in life is to become a pharmacist and to create a family with someone I love. I want the family most importantly because I was raised in a very tight Greek family. I want to raise my kids in that tight Greek family as well. Becoming a pharmacist is also a very important goal because I want stability in my job so that I can raise my family without major money issues. I also think it is very important for people to be healthy so that job would allow me to provide health care.
Once you set your goal, you need to start getting more specific. It moves from a dream into reality. Make a plan, it must move from your mind to a piece of paper. Write down the things that you need to do. What do you want to achieve? What will be your life when you achieve your goal? Things that you need to be done. Things that you want to learn more about your goal. Qualities that you admire in others. Improves the qualities you have. Habits that you want to stop and habits that you want to improve.
There can be no success without goals or targets. This is because success is relative to a set target and whether we have achieved it, or at least making steady progress towards attaining it. For you to succeed, set a goal, a measurable target that represents what you envision: that is what you want or where you see yourself in future. A goal should be measurable so as to enable you to monitor your progress and help you know whether you are on track or you have gone off.
