"People who achieve their goals do so with passion, planning, persistence, and purpose" (Lynda Fields). Goals are an important part of our lives. They make us happier, and they allow us to become a better person. For your goals to constantly shape your life, and make you happier, you must work hard and continue to have the motivation for them. You also must create a plan to start working on your smaller goals to achieve your bigger goals. My three goals are to graduate high school with Honors, be financially stable, and I want to be cured of my PCOS.
I always wanted to graduate high school with Honors. Graduating high school with Honors has always been on my mind. If I were able to graduate with Honors, then I would feel very successful. I also would feel very proud, because then I would know that all the hard work and all the things I did throughout high school paid off. It would allow me to be confident in going to college. To be living the happiest life I could possibly imagine, is probably one of my hardest goals ever. It is not as simple as graduating high school with Honors, or be financially stable. This last goal, involves my organs, my DNA. Now I know I can't just change my DNA, but I can help push it down the road where it changes, or adapts. If I continue to take my medication and exercise and eat healthily, it should help my PCOS go on the right track. For this goal, I need to stay persistence. If I stop taking my medication or stop eating healthy or stop exercising on a daily basis, then I will be back at square one. If I do end up slipping or not staying constant, it will be harder to get back to where I was. This goal takes the most determination, persistence, and hard work. If I continue to do the things I am doing now, by the time I am an adult, I can stop taking medication for my
