I've always wondered how dangerous danger can be and what it could cause. Danger can really be dangerous depending on the situation. What might it take to go through it without any fear. See Danger can be seen differently by what you think the consequences it has. "The Body", "Stand By Me," by Stephen King has a very good examples of different sorts of danger. It also demonstrates what it might feel after all. Danger is what pushes you to get to your goal Because in order to achieve your goal you have to go through danger ; as a result you will reach your goal and it will make you feel more mature.

'RUN FASTER, DICKFACE!,'(Ch.13) Said Gordie to Vern because the train was right behind him. This was probably the most dangerous situation because if they didn't run fast enough they would have died. They would of also had the chance to jump into the water from that high up. “They were both mouthing a single word and the word was jump!,”(Ch.13) Said Chris and Teddys after they saw how close the train was to Vern and Gordie. This was serious danger because they’re about to get hit by the train. They didn’t run fast enough to make it across so they were thinking about jumping which may be another situation. They had no choice so they jumped:” We jumped. Vern landed full-length in the dust and the cinders and I landed right beside him, almost on top of him .“(13) This was very dangerous because they jumped and they could have gotten injured because it was pretty high. Gordie and Vern could of also hurt each other because Gordie almost landed on Vern.
