WELCOME RAMADAN

We are in the spring, fasting awaits us as one of the main pillars of the Islam, are we ready to fast?
As the hunger lasts for 17-18 hours in recent years, do you have headache, epigastric burning or fatigue because of low level of blood sugar?

Or do you consider this month as an opportunity to solve weight problems while worshiping, as our religious motivation is high this month, our blood sugar doesn't get too low, we do not feel hunger and we do not want to eat sweets?

On the other hand, the irresistible charm and diversity of Ramadan tables (iftar) and Ramadan pitas, only produced in Ramadan and the traditional deserts after iftar, these are all very tempting.
