Introduction:

As Christians we read, we talk, and learn about the attributes and the nature of God during our Christian life. I am talking about the uniqueness and his personality that we all take part of everyday of our lives or in relationship with him. Throughout history God has left hidden jewels in the Bible of who he truly is. On the other hand, the bibles list few attributes of who he is, but as always its incomplete and we have to seek him for his very attributes in nature.
Sovereignty:
The meaning of this word is supreme power or authority over everything.
• Exodus 18:11 - Now I know that the Lord is greater than all gods. Yes, in the [very] thing in which they dealt proudly [He showed Himself infinitely superior to all their gods]
• Psalm 115:3 - But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases.
Self-Existence
Inherent existence; existence possessed by virtue of a being's own nature, and independent of any other being or cause; - an attribute peculiar to God.
• Exodus 3:14 — And God said to Moses, I Am Who I Am and What I Am, and I Will Be What I Will Be; and He said, You shall say this to the Israelites: I Am has sent me to you!
• Psalm 90:2 — Before the mountains were brought forth or ever you had formed and given birth to the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

Transcendence
A: exceeding usual limits: surpassing

B: extending or lying beyond the limits of ordinary experience
Isaiah 55:8-9 -- For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Since we came out of nothing in one sense, nothing sustains us from the total destruction the devil wants us to experience but the spirit and power of God step in. So, let us experience the scriptures in a deep way especially allowing the Holy Ghost to speak to us while we look at the portrait of God seen in Jesus. We must allow our self to know God on a personal level. In Ecclesiastes 12:13 says “All has been heard; the end of the matter is: Fear God [revere and worship Him, knowing that He is] and keep His commandments, for this is the whole of man [the full, original purpose of his creation, the object of God’s providence, the root of character, the foundation of all happiness, the adjustment to all inharmonious circumstances and conditions under the sun] and the whole [duty] for every man.
