Poor service, loud children, and over-cooked burgers are all things that customers dining at The Loop in Julington Creek can expect. Upon entering this restaurant one might think he or she will be greeted by smiling employees and the smell of delicious pizza, but in reality it is quite the opposite. The employees are irritable, the walls are falling apart, and the only distinguishable smell is the pungent odor of heavy duty sanitizer. At The Loop, cleanliness, friendliness, quality, and customer service are all thrown out the window. At The Loop customers can expect to be greeted with the sound of screaming children and the attitudes of unfriendly staff members. Employees working at The Loop seem miserable. If the dining room and bathrooms are unclean, it is very likely that the kitchen is kept at the same standards. The floor of the dining room at The Loop is almost always sticky with spilled sodas, littered with napkins, and covered in crushed French fries. Tables go twenty minutes without being cleaned off by busboys and bathroom trashcans are consistently overflowing with used paper towels. Overall the restaurant’s cleanliness is comparable with that of a teenager’s bedroom. The Loop is a perfect establishment for customers that don’t care about restaurant cleanliness or worker …show more content…
While not being the worst part of the experience this restaurant, it definitely isn’t the best. The most basic burgers start at seven dollars and only go up in price. These burgers are often over-cooked and under seasoned. If a customer orders a burger cooked medium, he or she should expect at least a medium well if not completely well done. Pizzas on the other hand seem to be under cooked and extremely greasy. The food at The Loop is overpriced and underwhelming. Not to mention that the average wait for any meal, even salads, is approximately twenty minutes. In this amount of time one might think employees would get every order correct, but those people would be wrong in that assumption. Many orders come out wrong, with all the toppings on top of a plain cheeseburger or an incorrect shake. If a customer decides to complain that the food isn’t correct, they will be greeted with an unhappy employee and another twenty-minute

When Maddie thinks of eating pizza at a restaurant, similar to most people, she thinks of Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has always been known as one of the leading pizza restaurants because it is spread across the country. Almost anyone can say that they have eaten pizza from there before including Maddie. However, there is another pizza restaurant that is starting to shove its foot into the pizza industry. That restaurant is Pizza Ranch. Pizza Ranch has only begun spreading its roots across the United States, therefore, it is not as widely known as Pizza Hut. In Maddie’s opinion, Pizza Ranch is a better restaurant than Pizza Hut because it has some of the many traits that make up an excellent restaurant. The most important reason that Maddie loves pizza ranch is because it is a friendly environment. From the first minute someone walks through Pizza Ranch’s door to the last, guests are treated like family. Another reason that Maddie enjoys pizza ranch is Buffet Your Way. Buffet Your Way allows Maddie to order anything that she wants and not have to pay any more money for it if she is eating the buffet. This is one of the best features of Pizza Ranch that puts it above Pizza Hut. Furthermore, Pizza Ranch always has a clean environment because the workers care about how the place looks. This restaurant also is more efficient about getting food to its customers than Pizza Hut. However, some people might argue that Pizza Hut has better tasting pizza than Pizza Ranch. Although Pizza Hut is one of the most popular Pizza restaurants, Pizza Ranch is a better restaurant because it has a friendly atmosphere, Buffet Your Way, a clean environment, and fast service.
Panera Bread’s setting has neat and clean tables that allow a person to have a sense of ease when eating their food. There is always an employee responsible for cleaning and ensuring a neat dining area for the costumers. McDonald’s dining area is a burden when children create messes and leave tables unclean by their parents. Many of McDonald’s employees are too busy to be aware of the messes that are in the dining area to actually clean up before another costumer sits down with a meal. McDonald’s condiment section is saturated in ketchup and spilt drinks that create a sticky area, unable to be touched. When other costumers see a dirty area, they are more likely to throw trash or unwanted items that create a bigger mess. Thus, hygiene plays an important key in public restaurants. Proper hygiene allows somewhat a pure environment from bacteria and essentially a safer place to
The basic premise of this southern restaurant, devoted to “pancake’s crispier cousin,” was simple southern cooking and keeping overhead low (Hoovers, 2005). The restaurant chain embodies the spirit and culture of the1950s from the simple cash only payment policies down to the jukebox full of old time favorites found within every restaurant. The chain has altered its decorum and menu offerings minimally since it first opened in 1955. Waffle House has gained its fame for being open twenty-four hours a day and three hundred sixty- five days a year, regardless of bad weather or national holidays.
Any Chipotle I have always gone to have always had good service. Their employees are great. There is never a sour moment when you ask for anything, they are always kind and welcoming. I am always greeted with a hello and a smile when I step up to order. Even if the employee serving you has had a bad day it never shows, you would never know. Despite the lines being basically out the door every time you come (which is the only downside to coming here), the wait time can give you a headache. It is worth it, because Chipotle for sure serves fast food; they usually have three employees working to serve the food. One to get what you order prepared, one to add what extras you and to finish packing it and one to cash you out. The menu is very easy to read and figure out what you want. They have all of the print on the menu in white and big font so it makes it simple for everyone to read. So there isn’t any trouble ordering what you want. They have many different options to choose from as well. You don’t always have to get the burrito.
Panera Bread’s atmosphere is enjoyable. The employees and the managers keep the restaurant clean at all times. When I walked into the restaurant for the first time there were visible employees wiping off the table and sweeping. Panera Bread has almost no trash visible around the entire restaurant. Looking around, there were no trash cans in sight; they were hidden by doors and cabinets. Panera Bread receives ample amount of customers a day keeping the restaurant clean is important, but the workers keep everything running smoothly as well. While waiting in a moderately long line, the employees immediately noticed the incoming rush and started working as a team to get the customers and myself in and out. Along with the workers helping to make the line move faster, the customers in line around me are keeping conversation. We are entertaining each other making the wait time appear shorter. With the great customers and keeping the restaurant clean, Panera Bread workers and managers keep the restaurant well managed. The noise level is separated by the location of dining. In front of me a group a friends decided to have lunch at a table laughing and enjoying themselves and a woman behind me chose to eat alone while reading a book, sitting in a quiet corner. More importantly the manager was always walking around making sure tables were clean, and trash was not i...
The warming atmosphere is one of a kind. Behind the counter are the caring faces of not just a worker, but a friend. Regular guests are called by name, sharing stories of families and the past week with the welcoming employees. Sitting all around in tables and booths are patrons from every category. Beside the window on a high table to the left is a lawyer, to the right is a mother and her two kids. In a booth in the back is a construction worker still covered slightly in concrete from a road job he had been working on back on 19th Street. All of these, enjoying a delicious meal of their special combination.

From the viewpoint of the customer, McDonalds has a good and confident tone, they consider the taste of food, cashiers; attitude toward clients, the cleanness of venue, the number of mistakes made by cashiers, and other measures to assess the quality of the McDonalds’ burgers. As far back as I can remember, I have always liked going out to eat. Two of my favorite restaurants are Jake’s and McDonald’s. Though both are places to dine they have their differences in their ambiance, waiting, and expense. When deciding where to go to eat, I have three things to think about. I must consider the atmosphere or where I want to go. The amount of time I have is another consideration. The amount of money that I am able to spend is a big influence.
It was a very nice waterfront restaurant featuring both indoor and outdoor seating. I read Yelp reviews before going and wasn’t sure exactly what to expect as some reviews were great whereas others were absolutely awful. I chose to sit outdoors due to the amazing weather and view the restaurant had to offer, along with live music. I went around noon and had to wait about five minutes for a table which wasn’t an issue but it took approximately ten minutes for a waiter to even come over to my table to offer me a drink, which in my opinion, is not great guest service. The service was overall very slow they were not very well organized and seemed very understaffed. My waiter was a very nice, young gentleman but was very uneducated when I proceeded to ask him a few questions about the menu and what he recommended to eat since it was my first time dining here. I ended up ordering the blackened salmon salad and it was pretty tasty but nothing really exceptional. I asked for a side of dressing and the waiter completely forgot about it and by the time he was reminded, I was already done and ready to get out of there. He apologized and offered me a free desert due to the poor service I was receiving and I decided to decline the offer and told him I’ll just take my check. There were many guests around me who have been waiting for
