Psychology in the Media The Walt Disney film, The Lion King 2: Simba’s Pride, is a great example of “human” development across the life span. In our textbooks human development is covered in chapter 10. I am not sure about anyone else, but I found this example because I grew up watching Walt Disney movies, and honestly learned a good amount of things from them that I did not even realize at the time. Kiara, Simba’s daughter and Mufasa’s granddaughter, is the main character in this film and she is the main example I will use throughout my paper.
