Hair is called a woman's "crowning glory", and for good intention; it represents her attractiveness, victory, well-being, and social status, amongst other things. Losing it can have an intense emotional influence on a woman’s self-esteem. Countless women express that when they lose their hair, they've lost a large part of who they are. When my aunt was diagnosed with cancer 7 years ago it was out right dramatic. The physical side effects were heart breaking to watch. Being that we are half Puerto Rican and Cherokee Indian, long black voluminous hair runs throughout our family. So you can imagine her devastation when she started to lose her hair from the chemo extremely fast. Marketing Objectives will include increasing 8% per quarter for reoccurring customers, lower cost 9% per year in the category of customer acquisition, each month we are to keep a solid and affirmative growth. Financial Objectives consists of retail products being increased and sold by 10% per year and 4% per year will be the profit margin. Crowning Glory’s marketing mix consists of these techniques while we are talking about advancement, marketing, pricing and customer service.
•Marketing and Advancement: Increasing visibility will come from locating the store in the mall. A targeted marketing campaign will also get Crowning Glory’s message out into the public. This will include going around to Cancer patient facilities and handing out procures to the staff. Also sitting down and explaining to them about our company with the intent that they will pass on our information to potential clients. A 30 second commercial will also be put onto local television stations.
