A couple of my favorite beverages that they offer is their herbal tea and boba tea; which is a non-dairy smoothie that uses jasmine green tea as a base with a blend of natural powder flavors. You can personalize your drink by choosing the fruit flavors that you want to combine and the price is kept around or under $5. Jellies, bobas and leeches are the candy mix in options that you can add to your smoothie as well. I always anticipate the workers to be friendly and talkative. All while your drink is being made, they remain engaged and interactive with you. My experience at Teaberry is always pleasant, unlike my experience at Herbalife.
Herbalife has a compact atmosphere with a lack of seating. When you step into Herbalife you immediately notice the lack of seating and space inside. It is clear that the aim is to get you in and out quickly as opposed to creating an incentive for people to lounge around with their friends. The noise level between the music and the blenders makes it difficult to talk without raising your voice to an uncomfortable level. The environment at Herbalife makes for a much less welcoming and homey environment compared to the relaxing setting and open space that Teaberry
has. Herbalife has limited drink choices and rushed service. The set option that you have when you go to Herbalife is a tea and a shake which costs $7. There are wonderful choices for the tea, but there are only 3 bases that you can choose between when picking out your shake flavor. In contrast to Teaberry’s socially fixated environment, It’s apparent that the worker’s job is to keep things moving along. The employee that initially greets you takes your order, then they give you your tea and take your money as you move along to the next worker that prepares and mixes your shake up. I do not what to feel like I am rushed when I go out to enjoy a smoothie or tea which is how Herbalife leaves me feeling. Teaberry is the ideal smoothie and tea place to go to. The atmosphere is centered around comfort and socialization. Teaberry has better options that cost less than Herbalife’s products. All of the employees at Teaberry are friendly and passionate about their customers along with their work. Teaberry is the best place in the area to meet up with friends and enjoy a cool drink.
