In order for a business to be successful and grow, business owners have to think of ways to brand their business by marketing, advertising and promoting their products and services effectively (Entrepreneur, 2015). It is a restaurant that sells a diverse selection of noodle dishes such as Spaghetti, Alfredo, Ramen, Vietnamese pho and many more. I’ll also offer appetizers and side dishes such as chicken wings, salty fried shrimp, popcorn shrimp, egg rolls and many more. I’m also allowing my customers to create their own dish by picking out what they want in their noodle and how they want their noodles to be made. My goal is to be able to serve a wide selection of noodle dishes, appetizers and side dishes to a diverse amount of customers in the area. I understand that many people may like different ethnicity of food so by offering a wide variety of noodle dishes, families and friends can spend time together and enjoy what they want with their family at the same place. This way, everyone can be happy when coming to Craving Noodles and get what they want at one place. The prices of my dishes are not too expensive but affordable and worth the taste and portion of the food. But how will my target audience to know about the existence of my business and the product and services I offer? I will have to run a campaign. Before running a campaign for my business, I need to know the importance of planning a marketing campaign. In making a marketing campaign, I would have to define my goals, the target audience, my competition, my budget, the media use, develop an effective message and evaluate the campaigns results (Correia, 2014).
