It has one of the oldest civilization and culture in the world. There are fifteen national languages recognized by the Indian constitution and these are spoken in over 1600 dialects. It is one of the biggest economic elements, which is contributing in countries economy. As the demand for hospitality is increasing, changes are occurring in India regarding hospitality industries. Accommodation is changing keeping in mind the individual preference and their way of living.
As globalization is the big aspect of hotel industry, India is adapting most of the international companies such as Marriot and Hilton to mention a few. Which shows the diversity in this particular industry, where the old meets the new and tradition the innovation.
Since India is one of the most populous countries, due to the high unemployment rates, big corporations and hotel chains help to occupy all these people. Not only unemployment, but helps people develop more in a more international and globalized way broaden their horizons. Since centuries indian food is rich with curries and spices, including ginger, coriander, cardamom, turmeric, dried hot peppers, and cinnamon, among others. With the change in century, nowadays indian people other then their traditional food they do love to eat different cuisines (popular among them is the fast food, italian food, chinese food).

If there are some positives, negatives also lies within. The changes in Indian Culture are also giving some negative consequences. Some of them are discussed below:
With growing technology competition in the market is also rising. People are spending their lots of time in office and at workplace. Consequently they have not much time to spend with their family especially with their children. So now a days parents have a less time to care for their children in contrast with the old age, where his family members gave an immense care to a child.
