The Features of CBD The CBD is located in the centre of the town as shown in figures 11
and 23. It has many features all contributing to the overall feature
of the CBD. The CBD is very different to the surrounding areas. The
majority of CBDs have a pedestrian zone. This is demonstrated by
figures 16 and 17 which show that in the CBD there is a large amount
of pedestrians and no cars. This is a feature of the CBD as it would
be dangerous for cars to be in an area with such high numbers
pedestrians. The land use in the CBD is predominantly retail shops
with some offices. This is due to the CBD being a place where people
come to shop. Therefore the large retail chain companies all locate
to this area so that they can capitalise on the high numbers of people
who go there. This is shown in figure 11, in the centre of town there
is only shops. The price of land in the CBD is extremely expensive
due to its great demand to any business relying on passing trade, for
example a clothes shop. The height of buildings in the CBD is much
higher than in the rest of the town. This is mainly due to the land
costing so much more, therefore the shops and businesses counter this
by creating tall buildings giving them more available area in their
shop or homes at a more affordable price. The buildings on average
are 4 or 5 stories high where as the rest of the survey showed the
dock as a place for the trade their goods, look at the map below to

Figure 1.0 shows the urban land use as concentric rings around the Central Business District (CBD) shown as Zone A. Zone B is the Zone of Transition which contains mixed residential and commercial buildings. Houses within Zone C are classified as the working class residential homes or inner suburbs later known as the inner city. Middle-class residential homes are located in Zone D which generally of better quality. The final zone is the upper-class residential homes or commuters zone which is located the furthest out from the CBD (Rodrigue, 2014).
The neighbourhood has a population of 532 people and the median age there is 44. The average household income is estimated at around $112,520 and a total number of 222 households are available there.

For many years before pharmaceutical drugs were founded, a holistic approach to medicine was the only way to treat sickness and disease. Plants and herbs produced by the Earth were found to have many healing properties and with the production of cannabidiol (CBD) oil clinical researchers are seeing the same holistic advances today. CBD oil is derived from a natural cannabis plant containing no THC and benefitting many people across the globe. Through clinical research CBD oil has been founded to relieve chronic pain, aid in reducing anxiety, as well as prevent Alzheimer's disease from developing further.
For thousands of years human beings have attempted to find ways to get passed the struggles of their lives. With the pain of the world stopping people from enjoying simple pleasures, sometimes there is a need for help. Marijuana brings millions of people relief from the pain they feel on a day-to-day basis. This completely natural plant which helped so many people has puzzled the leaders of our nation for a long time. The THC in marijuana causes its users to experience a mild-huluciginic or high. The effect that marijuana has on a person has prevented the product from being legalized. Many other details about the plant, like the speculation of it being a gateway drug, have put another blockage on its legalization. Even though there are speculations about the plant, the benefit that it brings to the table most definitely out way its disadvantages. Marijuana can also alleviate several symptoms associated with cancer and Aids treatments and disorders. While Marijuana is effective as a medicine, it is also extremely lucrative. The economic benefits that Marijuana brings to the table are endless. Upon marijuana’s legalization, the economy would experience an immediate influx. Legalization of Marijuana would also drastically reduce crime in our cities and form a more productive society through its positive uses. The benefits that marijuana brings medically and economically are considerable enough to legalize its use medically or recreational.
My recreational zones are placed north of the center community, right in the middle where it is accessible by all 3 communities. The ski park is on the east moraines. Recreational zones such as movie theaters and the concert hall are placed in the CBD. The yacht club can be found on the mini island south of city.
The legal status of CBD is one of the most misunderstood issues in the medical marijuana discourse. Outside of formal legal opinion, some make the argument that CBD is entirely legal, while others argue that it is illegal. Roughly a half of all U.S states have passed marijuana legislations that permit the use of medical marijuana to treat specific conditions. While this has been the case, the Federal Government has shown no indication that they will reclassify marijuana from its status as a Schedule 1 drug under the Controlled Substances Act. Listing marijuana in this category is a disappointment to many marijuana advocates, as well as medical marijuana users who have found particular cannabinoids to be beneficial in treating their medical
The issue I am discussing is how pediatric cannabis therapy is saving young cancer patients. Parents have saved or made their kids feel better by using cannabis. Cannabis (Medical Marijuana) or THC is “When THC enters the body, it attaches to and stimulates cannabinoid receptors in the brain. The stimulation of these receptors affects the body in various ways and may reduce pain and increase appetite.”( Written by MaryAnn DePietro Medically Reviewed by George Krucik, MD, MBA) Others may argue that they are killing their child’s brain. I believe that parents need to do whatever it takes to save their child’s life. Doctors and researchers should be further investigating this medicine so it may help more children in the future. My reasoning behind
A considerable amount of literature has been published on cannabis specifically marijuana. These studies classify marijuana into three species: Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica, and cannabis ruderalis. In fact, Cannabis sativa is the most widely used and recognized among the other species due to its ability to produce more fiber and oil. For many years, the plant has been used for making clothes as well as lighting and soap. Nevertheless, cannabis is widely used at the present time for intoxication and medical treatments. Marijuana is usually extracted from the flowers of the female plant (Grinspoon & Bakalar, 1993). According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, marijuana is well-defined as the “dried leaves, flowers, stems, and seeds from the hemp plant Cannabis sativa, which contains the psychoactive (mind-altering) chemical delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), as well as other related compounds. This plant material can also be concentrated in a resin called hashish” (NIDA, 2014).
