Most people state that their day is not started until they have had their morning coffee. They may also say that it is dangerous to associate with them when they haven’t had their coffee yet. As Courtney wakes up, grumpy and tired, she decides to find a place to get her morning treat. She contemplates about somewhere that can start her day off with just the thing she needs, a smile. Right away, 392 comes to her mind. A place where there is variety and great taste. Not only does 392 care about their taste, they also care about their customers. They are always associating with their customers and making them feel welcome. 392 was brought to Clinton by a couple from California. 392 happens to be one of Courtney’s favorite places to go. She feels relaxed and stress free while she is there. Out of all of the places she could get a coffee or some other kind of drink, she would pick 392. Although many coffee lovers think that Starbucks is the best coffee shop, some will argue to say that 392 is better and will provide most customers with an unforgettable experience.
Everyone likes variety when they are going to get something that will dominate their taste buds. 392 has a great variety for everyone. All of us, at one time or another have been with someone that said they don’t want to go there because they don’t like coffee. 392 doesn’t just have coffee products. They also have smoothies, hot chocolate, and many treats to pick from each day. Everyday 392 bakes up fresh goods in order to satisfy their customers. They will always have cookies, muffins, and speciality cupcakes in their display case on the counter. Some of Courtney’s favorite speciality cupcakes are the peanut butter and oreo, the mint chocolate, and the mystery candy bar c...

...392, she heads on her way. Her 15 minute drive will definitely be worth it. Once she gets there she is greeted with a welcoming smile and a how are you from the workers. She is looking up at the menu to try and decide what she wants to get this time. She cannot quite decide because there are so many options that she likes. Courtney finally decides on a Caramello because it was kind of chilly outside when she got there. Now that she has ordered, she pays and receives a discount because she wore her 392 shirt and it happens to be T-Shirt Tuesday. Her drink is quickly done and she tries it. Delicious as always and it triggers her taste buds. Courtney’s day has officially now started and it is safe to say everyone can associate with her. Because 392 has a good variety, atmosphere, driving distance, taste, and prices, many customers would choose it over Starbucks anyday.
Starbucks vs Dutch Bros. Every coffee addict knows, the day just does not begin until one’s mouth has had a taste of that glorious, roasted brew. Now, whether one likes a venti iced skinny hazelnut macchiato, sugar-free syrup, extra ice, no whip, the father, the son, and the holy spirit, or simply a cup of Americano, dark; the general consensus is that the combinations are virtually unlimited and the cafes are plenty. However, coffee lovers beware of the hype: Starbucks may seem the prominent choice for a morning cup of joe, but when it comes down to it, Dutch Bros. is the only way to go. As previously mentioned, the combinations are virtually unlimited, something that Starbucks seems to take to heart when comprising their menu options.
... are enough power outlets to fuel the creative mind of the techno-geared caffeine addict. The unique decor and fantastic music give it the feel of an NYC cafe. The friendly staff also contributes to the pleasant environment. All of the capable baristas are introduced on the restaurant’s website, with short and sweet bios about them all. This creates a close-knit family, all with a love for quality coffee. This familiarity encourages loyalty to the coffee shop. The full wall of windows provides a view of Bedford Street and again stresses that the products should be enjoyed in the morning. On a sunny morning, the light fills the cafe and illuminates the mural, a focal point. The artistic, wispy design disguises a boring brick wall as a magnificent work of art. The cozy and intimate setting encourages the consumer to return to enjoy the food and people that they love.
Many people start his or her day with a cup of coffee. Coffee franchisees are growing around the world with coffee being one of the most popular drinks. A Colombia franchisee Juan Valdez is a growing franchisee in the United States specializing in coffee.
The larger serving size of Great Cups of Coffee is perhaps the most apparent gage that will improve appeal for the company’s customers. Receiving extra of a proportionately quality product for a comparable price obviously works as an enticement for customers to prefer Great Cups more than the opposition. While customers identify with a better quality and superior taste with fresher coffee, Great Cups supports its effective model of serving coffee that has been roasted no more 72 hours ago and that is blended and ground right at the store. Great Cups also provides as an unintended marketing method community bulletin boards and assists with book club gatherings as well as
One of my favorite places located along Fifth Avenue is Starbucks, a coffee shop offering many different types of coffees, teas, and snacks. I frequently find my way down to this coffee shop after school meetings, on weekends, or on days when I just ne...
Since 1988, Cafe 458 has served only 1,000 people, but the staff considers its small numbers its strength. As Nancy Palchanis, executive director, explains, "It is not a feeding program. It is about empowerment. Soup kitchens feed too many people. Our advantage is in the small size." The small size of Cafe 458, and others like it, is translating into success in the lives of their guests . For example, The Bread and Roses Cafe, run by a social service agency in Venice, California, enrolls some of its clients in a six-week intensive course in restaurant work and 20 hours of on-thejob training. Sixty-seven of the 112 people who have completed the program are now employed by restaurants in the Los Angeles area.
I was observing everyone that was coming in from 7:30am to 9:30am. One side of the divider has a glass top, and the lower piece of the divider, made of wood, is painted brilliant red. Individuals can really see through the glass divider and become acquainted with the exercises within the café. I was entranced by the two red roof lights which are molded like bloom buds. As I entered the coffeehouse, two major green plants close to the passage welcomed me. The Starbucks not by any stretch of the imagination have an entryway, making it simpler for individuals to stroll in and out. There is a gigantic sustenance and drink counter at the right half of the shop. Behind the counter, there is a long table brimming with distinctive electronic gadgets along the divider. Between the counter and the table, there is a cooler only for ice. The Starbucks had about 10 tables and 2 tables outside. Some of the rules are to not be loud when you are with other people because it can be rude to be loud when other people are trying to get stuff done. Other rule is that you must have your order ready or the people behind you will get annoyed. People are usually really grumpy before they had their coffee so you must be polite and let them drink their coffee. Most people are either on their phones or on their laptops. Most people are either doing homework for school or surfing the web. From what I saw was that college students come to Starbucks to get coffee and do their work while having their coffee. Usually girls would be in groups of two or three and order coffee. Caucasian females were the most out of all the races that were at Starbucks. I saw that almost all ethnicity would come to Starbucks and enjoy a cup of coffee. It was interesting to just observe other people’s actions and behavior. Everybody acts a different way before they had some coffee. I learned a lot from just watching other people live their normal lives.
Preliminary Starbucks – one of the fastest growing companies in the US and in the world - has built its position on the market by connecting with its customers, and creating a “third place” beside home and work, where people can relax and enjoy themselves. It was the motto of Starbucks’ owner Howard Schultz and, mostly thanks to his philosophy, the company has become the biggest coffee drink retailer in the world. However, within the new customer satisfaction report, there are shown some concerns, that the company has lost the connection with customers and it must be taken some steps to help Starbucks to go back on the right path regarding customer satisfaction. I will briefly summarize and examine issues facing Starbucks. Starting from there, I will pick the most important issue and study it from different positions.
Millions of Americans these days depend on the glorious caffeine rich nectar provided to them daily by the local Starbucks chain store. With it’s humble roots firmly planted in Seattle Washington, this little coffee shop has turned from a novel idea, into a veritable necessity for Americans on the go. The amazing success of Starbucks can be attributed, in part, to tactical planning. It was through tactical planning that the management team behind Starbucks was able to be so wildly successful. By utilizing their strengths, and capitalizing on trends, as well as periodically evaluating weaknesses and threats, this little coffee joint has become America’s most enjoyable place to get coffee.
The customers looked like they are in the corporate working class and basically come in and grab a coffee on the go and other sit with coworker and chat. The ages mostly varied, I saw 25 to 36 years old as it got later, the younger customers started to come in more frequently 25 and younger. The ethnic was mostly Caucasian and Asian American or middle eastern so there was a combination. Most of the family life cycle (FLC) were solos so is not a family place the coffee shop is more a place to me with friends, but there was a guy that brought in his son approximately 7 years old doing his homework. So in a way it could be a place for peace and quiet. Psychographic segmentation variable is probably best describe in motives and lifestyles. By the left side were the drink were ready there was a sign "Join our even on 12/02 100lb challenges Donate to our Troops" this will insurance appeal to consumer 's emotional motives to care for our troops and donate. Some insights about customer service was that the barista was very patient not in a rush even though the place was busy. Some positives side of the store is that it had free wi-fi but I think they should improve in chairs because they looks wore out. Another think that surprise me was that before I got my drink the steamer
As I walk into the Northern Pacific Coffee Company, a local café, I am greeted with a smile and casually asked, “Hey, what have you been up to?” I enjoy a short conversation with the café owner or one of the baristas, as I wait for the gourmet coffee or tea that I ordered. By the time I reach a table to sit down and relax with my beverage, I’ve already experienced several short conversations with some of the other regulars. I learn much of the local news and discuss art or social issues with a few people. My experience isn’t uncommon. For hundreds of years, cafes have been a hot spot for local artists, writers, and social activists to interact with likeminded individuals. However, it wasn’t until
The shop smelled of the fragrant taste of hazelnuts, cocoa, and creme. Grabbing a menu, and taking a seat at the counter, he asked the waitress about the coffee shop, and how it became so famous.
The Coffee Shop has been around since 1992. Many people waltz in and out of The Coffee Shop everyday, you may even be one of these people who on route to class make a quick stop. But as you exit the building did you notice the small crack at the base of the wall. Where an upset employee threw a tray of mugs? Most likely not, This is one of the many stories that have been shared with me by employees of The Coffee Shop, regular customers, and people who have never stepped foot into The Coffee Shop at.
The coffee shop I decided to do my observation was the well known Starbucks just a couple blocks away. The reason I chose this coffee shop was because of it 's style inside, it attracted me. For example, one side of the wall has a glass top, and the lower part of the wall, made of wood and painted in a bright red color, which was one thing that attracted me and stood out. Outside of the shop people can actually see through the glass wall and get to see what’s happening inside of the coffeeshop. By the entrance you see these two red ceiling lamps which were shaped in a flower bud and these two tall green plants. Once you were in, on the right of the shop there was a counter with food and things to put in your drinks such as milk, sugar, chocolate, etc and the colors and how the food was displayed and served was appealing to my eyes. Behind that counter there was a long table with different electronic devices plugged into the wall. On the middle of the those there is a fridge just for ice and when I turned to the other side and I noticed a big menu on the wall. Further more into the shop, there was an area filled with tables, chairs, and sofas. The tables were in different shapes, one was round and the others rectangular, also there was four bamboo baskets and I looked around and noticed that the walls in that area were decorated with paintings.
Headlights shine through the big, glass windows of Sincerely Yogurt as a car pulls into the parking space right in front of the store. It’s a cold, rainy night and it is a new employee’s first shift on the job; they are about to have their first customer. The rain pouring down outside makes it difficult to see who got out of the car and what they look like, but as this employee is soon to find out, there are a few common characteristics to the people that enter the store. The customers at Sincerely Yogurt can easily be classified into categories based on the way they look, behave, and by the tip that they leave. The most common types of customers seen at Sincerely Yogurt include: the Old Couple, the Teenage Girl, and the Rich Soccer Mom.
