Taxation is one of the most important forms of public revenue for countries. Its theory is of great importance among the theories used in public finance. It also plays an important role in contributing to the attainment of the goals of fiscal policy. Therefore, many concepts and definitions related to taxation have emerged, and individuals are obliged to pay their value free of charge to assist States in achieving societal goals. Other definitions are contributions of a monetary or in-kind nature, provided by individuals to the States in which they live, whether they receive benefits Public services or not, states impose such taxes to association with economic goals, political and financial. In Taxation, there is a different type of taxes to claim in the US. Individual, C corporation, S corporation and federal are responsible to pay tax to the government. Also in this semester, especially in the taxation class, I faced many challenges, the most important is the obligation to attend the quotas. It may be strange to consider this a challenge, because this semester was very busy with all the courses offered in one day, except the taxation class, which was put on a day alone. I was sometimes facing difficulty to attend so I felt tired. My neglect of the lessons made me face challenges such as a lack of understanding of important points, which made me not doing good on the midterm exam. The big challenge is to go ahead with the effort to get what you wish. The neglect of lessons is bad especially since the material is not easy, and requires concentration. The biggest challenge was to gather myself, I convinced myself that there is still a chance to improve my level, so I decided to work on this project with great effort and to study hard for the final
