The business communicates the experiences every child goes through during the early days of their youth, and the fondness every child has towards cartoon or animated characters during their childhood days, in every design. Through this product concept, Bundle of Joy hopes to bring out the excitement in every child when they see something that they love on their offerings.
As a new brand entering the market, Bundle of Joy would be in the introduction stage of the product life cycle even though the business’ competitors such as Mothercare and Le Petit Society are in the growth or maturity stage of the product life cycle. It is the most frequent purchase with a high conversation ratio, though the retention ratio has been decreasing, along with market share. Therefore, the OCM Marketing team has developed a long term Marketing mix strategy until 10th period.

Brad’s Toys and Collectibles is a local toy shop that was once five minutes from UNLV, but the store moved back to Boulder Highway. This store specializes in Funko products; the most prevalent product lines in the store are the Funko Pop! And the Funko Dorbz toys. Funko toys have begun to spark a, Beanie Baby like insanity among Funko collectors. There are Funko Pop! Toys that have gone up to the price of $1000 and are extremely rare to find. Brad’s Toys and Collectables resells products that are seen to be hard to find in the, “wild” and new products that Funko releases over time.
