My role is a support worker, and a support worker is a person who cares for vulnerable individuals in the aspect of their day to day living and helping them to live a fulfilled life. Duties and responsibilities Duties of support workers are unique and varied because the people we support have varied and unique needs. At Liaise, we support people with autism and learning disabilities and we support each of them according to their needs to live a fulfilling and independent life.
