A. Modes of electronic Communication.( Keth Evanets, 2013) o Email: It provides a channel of exchanging messages. One user have to generate a message, addresses the message to recipient, sends it and waits for the recipient’s reply. Its nature makes it suitable to the users who do not want to become involved in a lengthy conversation. o Video: It serves as a more interactive medium. By capturing series of photos, building them with sound and transmitting them over the internet to a remote user. Webcams allows users to communicate via a video chat. o Text Message: It allows one to send an electronic communication of about 160 characters to another SMS-enabled device like Mobile phone. o Instant Messages: It connects users through a central server that instantly delivers the electronic communication.
