In this Literature review, the discussion is about the Project management success/failures. In industry business model had lot of variance in the last few years and also the major role of technology being played in this industry. In this Literature review we are going to explain briefly about the various reasons for success and failure of project management and also identifying the major issues relating to Project management, the organizations or the customers that driving the project. Also, what the role played by the seniors, managers and the stake-holders for the overall project management and the risk factors taken into account while processing at levels of projects.

Success Factors of Project Management: Project management is the techniques Tools, application to a broad range of activities to meet the requirements of a particular project. Project management helps organizations by standardizing routine tasks and reducing the number of potentially forgettable tasks .Researchers have suggested that projects should be rated as successful when they are completed within or near the estimated schedule and budget, and produce an acceptable level of performance.( MAHANEY,R,&LEDERER,A 2011)
• Commitment to Customer: It is essential to understand the customer equipment to deliver the project in time with all specific requirements.
• Proper planning on project: The plan should be prepared with as much detail as required including during the design process and its phases. The detail should be clear and individual actions for project implementation.

Resource Management: If we are planning a project we should be familiar with entire project. Projects are mostly impacted by risks, unplanned events.
Not Using The Proper Methodology: Any type of projects requires a minimums methodology to determine the process, responsibilities in company, roles and many more.
Evaluation Techniques: In past few year we can see a drastically changes in information and communication technology but we have some technical issues. To overcome we are using some latest success factors so that we can rectify some failures project.
