Dear reader, I hope this letter finds you in good health and in a prosperous educational career. However, if you find yourself struggling with the aforementioned, this letter will hopefully put you on the right track to dealing with it. Stress and poor class and work habits may be holding you back from your true potential. I intend to help you to break these poor habits. This letter is meant to act as a guide to help you achieve success in both your academic and professional life. Success is an important goal we all achieve and define in our own ways. Being successful is more of a state of mind than a goal to strive for. If you keep working towards society’s vision of success, you will be struggling towards a goal that is unattainable. In the eyes of the public, the definition is always changing. Success is both elusive and easily captured. Depending in your definition of success and what it means to you to be successful, it may be in your reach. Being able to understand where responsibilities lie will help you to be more aware of the choices you’re making and how they will affect your life. To fully understand the mentality when it comes to responsibility, it has been shown that people adopt a victim or creator mindset. Those who employ the victim mindset find themselves giving in easily and thinking in ways that inhibit their ability to give their best work and gain the life they want. The mindset that will help you most in the long run is the creator mindset. Using a creator mindset requires you to seek out solutions to the problems you encounter.
