The process I use to come up with my five topics is as followed. First, I started thinking about what bothers me throughout my daily life. Second, I made a checklist of my routine activities about the people, events, or issues that are important to me. Third, started cluster writing ideas to explore; therefore, clustering writing enables me to begin without clear ideas. (Dawson & Essid, 2010) Finally, the SQ3R reading and writing connection will help me start to strengthen those ties in my own work. (Vandermey, 2012)

Therefore, for five years I worked as an SRO (School Resource Officer) in a high school. I have observed the behavior of many youths that are inappropriate; however, juveniles have rights and laws to protect them. I would like to share my experience with others that are thinking about becoming SRO.
