By doing this you are describing yourself on paper and how you are within the workforce and how your hard skills will help you with the job. Resumes are just interviewing your hard skills or also known as technical skills, to see how you are with the machines or what you will be doing for that job. After you write your resume make sure to write a cover letter, using it as if you will be having conversation with the hiring manager, but on paper instead of face to face (The Daily Muse). Finally after all of this and the waiting you will hopefully the interview with the hiring manager of the job your applying for. During this your soft skills will come in hand. There is an example of myself being flexible; While working as a babysitter/nanny, going to school, having doctor appointments, and working at Gold's Gym Daycare. There were a couple times I had to be flexible one time I remember was on a Friday, a family needed me to babysit last minute and still had my regular shift at Gold's to do. There were only two choices I had were either switch with someone on their shift or have someone cover my shift. I did not want to take off but move switch to an earlier shift that day. I was able to negotiate with a girl to switch shifts and I was able to work both jobs cause I was able to move my schedule around and be flexible. Mainly this is describing how flexible is defined, you learn the jobs of those around you, challenged yourself to master and talents, look to the future and bring in new technology and the most important one is, say yes (Pylayev, Mariya).
Positive attitude is very important to help, not just yourself but others also. "Recent survey has shown that eighty-four percent of human resource professionals are looking for positive candidates for jobs, meaning coming ready for work and willing to tackle whatever your supervisor needs you too (Porter and Chester Institute)". A positive attitude is, after all, absolutely necessary to achieve success since it influences the outcome of a task more than any other factor (Jacobs 2016). Jane Satrom definitely fits the bill when it comes to having a positive attitude. During her first year as a teacher, Mrs. Satrom recounts having two students who tested her patience and good heart. The two African-American students “accused [her] of being racist” and were constantly going to any possible extent to “get [her] off topic so they [did not] have to work” (J. As I have noted, I truly believe that the numerous job skills that are needed to be successful include dedication, communication, and adaptation. First of all, you must be devoted to your career if you want exemplary results. Equally important, being able to articulate your ideas, and intellectually communicate said ideas will ensure a successful time at you occupation. Last but not least, in order to be successful in your employment, you must be flexible to the obstacles that are inevitable. I urge you to strive to obtain these essential job skills because they are worthwhile.
Submitting a generic resume. When making a resume, you want to show off your skills and achievements. However, you also want your potential employer to see why you are perfect for the job. Instead of having one, generic resume, you should have several that are tailored for specific positions. Take a look at the necessary skills listed in the job description, then add the skills that apply to you to your resume. Focus on being relevant for the job first, then you can focus on being impressive.

Like credibility goes well with respect and professionalism, have a good communication with a helpful attitude goes well together, because if you have a smile on your face then your customers would be happy to have a technician working and understanding what is going with your computer. With all of those soft skill go hand-to-hand with one another, and that is the reason why why technicians should have these soft skill in the working with other people or talking with other people.
Attitude can be a positive motivator in your life or it can do the exact opposite and crush your dreams and be negative. As a leader your attitude affects the entire team. If you react poorly to things and always have a Eeyore attitude everyone under you will start to act the same way. On the other hand if you are being positive and motivating people to accomplish the task they will feed off your attitude and energy to finish the task at hand.
