Social media, in recent years, has effectively blurred the lines between work and play. It is hard to imagine that it rose in popularity a little over 10 years ago. Approximately 69% of adults in the United States use at least one form of social media compared to 2005 when only 24% of adults used social media.(Pew Research) It affects almost every aspect of our lives now.
