Smart goals: Acquiring, start learning / Developing, improving / Maintaining and refining

My goal that I always want to improve is to gain leg/thigh & arm muscles as they are key elements in basketball because it’s a key element the more muscle the more strength and distance I will be able to shoot from. Not only does muscle help with passing, shooting and blocking you need concentration and you need to be aware of what going around as many tragic accidents may occur later on.

For example, the drills we take have different functionalities and responsibilities which can help gain muscles for a certain part of the body, such as exercises where we incorporate strength and accuracy in it which was, throwing the ball up and clapping our hands as fast as possible and counting the number of claps which would trigger the muscles in the wrist to help our wrists become more flexible moving around. Another exercise is where we do different types of passes such as chest pass, bounce pass, and shoulder pass; it helps us be more confident with our passes and makes us more exposed to teamwork and helps our body communicate more with the team. Teachers gave us feedback based on our levels and this taught us to accept the comments and/or feedback (suggests solutions) the coaches give back as it only trying to help us become more professional and try to solve the problems. They usually do this mainly when they assign you a certain role in basketball for example, defender, shooter etc. they just want us to be determined to our
