The issue of social injustice has been around since the start of civilization. A group of people will most likely believe that the government is unjust. At one point in time, some races thought they were better than others. The lower class race fought for their rights, and they fought differently. Civil rights leaders, Mohandas K. Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. responded to social injustice in similar and different ways. Gandhi and King were alike in one way because they thought that their government was unfair. They thought the government was unfair because it didn’t treat everyone equally. King was a victim of segregation. Gandhi fought for independence for India from British rule. They also believed that they government had dumb laws.
