Why Tryouts should be allowed

Tryouts are a positive aspect of youth sports. Some people believe They are very important and needed. The solution is not get rid of tryouts it is to give the coach a way to handle.
If a sports team lets everybody who wants to play on the team than it will be much worse. Although the people who got cut will be sad Which is one of the most used and invalid points against tryouts. It would be much worse having the team upset about losing and playing time.Michael Jordan Said “You must learn to fail before you can succeed.” Michael jordan got cut from his high school basketball team and is now known as the best basketball player ever.It will also impact the future teams because people will practice less because they don't need to be good to get …show more content…

It also costs a lot more because they have to get jerseys,more coaches,and probably finding another place to practice because so many teams need the gym. If they have a ton of people it will be hard for the coach to handle all of them. Playing time is also a controversial argument and without tryouts it would be more than ever Westview high school have 40 kids trying out for basketball for grade levels below highschool. In addition to the kids not having playing time they would need 4 teams and they all need a gym,Teams to play against and more coaches.
People who are think tryouts are bad are wrong for many reasons.One point in the article cutting in sports is if somebody's name is not on the list of who made the team they will be embarrassed. This is wrong because that is not tryouts that is just how the school handles it. An analogy is if a school posts the scores of peoples SATS on the wall.If somebody fails it they will be embarrassed.It is not the exams fault though it's the kids fault for failing and the school for posting the scores on the
