One of the biggest controversies is if students should work after school or if they should not. Some parents believe that their children should start working and save for college as soon as they can, while other parents think they should hold off and focus on school work. Students should be able to choose what they would like to do. A student's knows their abilities and what pushes them too far. They can make money by having a job at a young age and can buy their car, and start saving for college. Having a job can increase your communication skills in many ways that just being in school can not do.
Students should have the choice and opportunity to pick their paths, they know how long it takes to do an assignment, and what they need to focus on. If a student has great comprehension and can get their work done quickly and efficiently then they should be able to work if they please to. If a student is not well of in school and has a hard time at understanding then they should choose to opt out of having a job.
Having a job in high school can get students into learning about saving and get the cash for later life. Whether a student wants to go to college or if they do not feel they need to they could still have a job and save up cash for a car, a house, or anything else they may need to buy later in life

In school students are made to give speeches over a subject that they did not choose to have, they write it all down and then study that and memorize it. When having a job you have people come up to you and conversate with you on random things. You have to be able to talk back to them without having anything in front of you to help you. You learn to speak better to others without being red faced and nervous. In school you are all the things you shouldn't be because you don't have the proper practice you need to speak

Jobs won’t only support teens for the things they want, but it can help benefit for the things they need. The first things teens think of for their future are going to college and getting their first car. But, let’s say there’s a well educated thirteen-year-old, raised in a low-income family, who has plans on going to college. There’s no way their family can support him to go to college, and its funds could be over-whelming. The only way they could go to college is if they started saving at an early age. Therefore, if they got a job at the age they were at now, they’d be on their way to college by the time they graduate high school. Or, another example would be, if a teen wanted to get their first car on their sixteenth birthday. As you may know, many teens don’t get things handed to them on a silver platter, so they’d have to buy that car themselves. They might be old enough to drive, but they just turned the legal working age. Once they get a job, they’d have to wait at least a year to have enough money for the car as well as its insurance.

Jayson Boyers stated that "having a college education can make big differences in some people 's lives" (The Huffington Post Newspaper, 2012). People who do college education often get high level and high paying jobs. The main reason for why students feel hesitant to attend college after they graduate from high school is because they worry about the price of schooling and they prefer to have a job instead to make fast money. Although, people who graduated from high school often are only able to receive jobs at fast food restaurants, clothing stores, etc. When people are able to earn more than enough money to have a stable life they are able to be less stress-free and enjoy their lives more. Viewing a person less of who they are just because of a physical or social attribute that they relate to, is what is known as oppression. It is a social ill that has been present in the society since time immemorial, and due to the societal imbalances, the vice is hard to deal with. In ‘The Hunchback of Notre dame’, oppression is highly practiced and just like any other normal society, dealing with it is impossible. The film highlights different types of oppression and the imbalances that are present in a normal society in a story involving love, hatred, deceit, lust and vengeance. Oppression in the modern society is not much different from that which was there in the past. Therefore, the film, ‘The Hunchback of Notre dame’ can be used to highlight, discuss and demonstrate the issue of oppression in the modern world.
