Today, because of life demands, people are absorbed into working to be able to afford their demands such as grocery, gas, insurance, bills, and social fees. That is the reason why everyone needs to go to work after the graduate from school. However, even teenagers also go to work after school hours to earn money for many personal reasons. Therefore, there are two debatable sides in the society that are arguing about that issue: After school job of teens. One side say that after school job is very good for teen that can better them. In contrast, the other side says that after school job can limit teens in many aspects that leads to many unpredictable consequences. When teens go to work and earn money, they will forget what their real goal is. They will think that the goal is to study, to graduate, to get a job, and then to earn money, but they can earn money at current time without getting through those steps. Therefore, they tend to forget they real goal that is to get a real stable job which follows them for entire life. Some of teenagers drop out of school to have a full time job. Teenagers are stepping to mature life, so they have many deviation in thoughts. Giving long-range career success up for short-range pocket-money usually happens with teenagers. However, many people say that giving long-range career success up for short-range pocket-money is not true because teenagers have inspiration in their dream job. Many people have a dream job when they were little, and those dreams may change because of several reasons depending on what happens in their life time. Every time it changes, the inspiration about that job goes up, and it continuously raise up until the final goal. At that time, they will completely focus on that goal and try to make it come true.
