Defining happiness may not be as obvious to some, but all people have things that make them happy. The book The Happiness Myth by Jennifer explores and tries to pinpoint the things that bring people happiness. One of the main sections of the book is on the importance of celebrations. For instance, music can calm the soul and allow others to relate and feel what others have felt through an expression of one’s art. Concerts are a way to bring this experience to another level, not only by hearing the music, but by taking part in an event with others who enjoy it as well.
